One star is too much for this horrible place. "Dr. O" is horrible and needs to retire immediately, he pays no real attention to the patient at all. He will look at you and already have a diagnosis made up. My child came in for xray of an arm injury (a break) and clear as day said he was "fine no break" and sent him home with ibuprofen and said "if my radiologist finds anything you will receive a call". No call after one day and called the office over 5 times, no answers to any of my attempted calls. His arm continues to get worse so we head to children's ER where it is under an hr diagnosed with a break of the elbow. I should be able to trust and have confidence that if you provide x rays you will be competent enough to read the results and not send a child home with a broken limb. I would give them a -5 if yelp would let me. On Sunday, I woke up and had an eye infection. it was very painful so I went to Care First urgent care. The doctor did not look in my eye, but stood 8-10 feet away from me and stated I had a clogged tear duct that had gotten infected and that she is prescribing me oral antibiotics. I picked up my antibiotics and started taking them. The next morning it had gotten worse so I went to my primary care physician. He stated the only thing the doctor at urgent care got right was that I have an eye problem. He looked in my eye and determined that I had an infection in the opposite end of my eye. Not the tear duct and told me to stop taking the oral medication. He prescribed anabiotic drops. I am a couple days later and my eye is healing. I wonder if the Doctor who saw me at the urgent care is even licensed to practice medicine. read more

If you're really in pain and it's Obvious, don't go. My face was so swelled my eye almost closed and talking funny due to swelling. I was told to go to the ER, had I known, that's where I would have gone. These places are for business's to send their employees, not for PERSONS THAT NEEDS REAL MEDICAL CARE. My family has used this Urgent care for years and with complete satisfaction. My last visit was 9/2/2018, saw Dr Ross. He very good at diagnosis my problem and prescribed medication that worked very well. The staff was polite and professional. I highly recommend Urgent Care Springdale as opposed to going to emergency or waiting for a doctors appointment, well worth the $75 copay. read more

I visited this office yesterday because I thought I had the flu. The receptionists/medical assistants were very helpful and offered me a mask. I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back to a room. I saw Dr. Oteng. He asked me a few questions before testing me for the flu. He came back in less than five minutes and told me my test was positive. He explained the medications that he was prescribing for me and told me precautions I should take to not infect others. We also had a friendly conversation; he is a very sweet man. In the future I will always choose this urgent care for myself and my family. I would also like to add that I am a registered nurse in Ohio so I have high standards for medical care. Thank you to the entire staff. read more

OMG I took my mom to urgent care she seen a nurse practitioner by the name of Lisa it wasn't worth the time or the gas that I drove over there this first practitioner did not listen this nurse practitioner does not take time into consideration she was very slow and absolutely had her own opinion about everything when she offered some medication my mom said it causes congestion this nurse practitioner had the audacity to say it does not cause congestion how do she know what medication is affecting a person inside of their body if she has already taken the medicine and it caused her congestion then you know what it causes congestion nurse practitioner LISA you don't listen and you need to listen because it's not practical in your profession you really need to start listening. read more

So unprofessional and unhelpful. No one walks you back to your room (not that big of a deal). Dr. Verbosky had no personality. She would not answer your questions, just asked her questions. She asked my daughter to straighten her leg. My daughter told her she couldn't. She said lets get an xray. We waited 35 minutes for the nurse to do the Xray. When my daughter told her she could not straighten out her leg all the way she said then we can't do anything for you. Waited over 2 hours. Would not even give a new note for work. I said you guys have been no help at all. She gave a disgusted face and shrugged her shoulders. Then she said Goodbye! Goodbye! snobbishly and told another patient wait till they get out. read more

I would normally not go to an urgent care but needed to see a doctor and it was a Saturday and the office i go to was closed. It was either urgent care or an ER and the price for ER was to steep. When we got there it was empty, no other people so I was with a doctor within 15 mins. The staff was nice and the doctor was good. I had to get an IV so he hooked it up and would come and chat and check up with me. So as being an urgent care i could see myself going back there if i needed to. read more

I was seen at springdale location for an abscess and was treated with nothing but courtesy and kindness. Actually, I was very well-treated in this location last year. I had a stiff neck and could barely move, but doctor listened to me and was very compassionate. He truly helped me out. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Yes, the wait can be a bit too long, but the day I went it was super-busy too! Oddly enough, I really dislike their other office in Mason. Horribly slow service. I went there for a pre-employement drug screen (pee in a cup). When I arrived there were three people in the waiting room and still had to wait an hour before I was placed in a patient room. I waited in the room for another 15 minutes before the test. The test took less than 5 minutes. Altogether, one hour and twenty minutes. Staff may no apologies for the wait. read more

Today sitting in office 75.00 copay ...she said that the receptionist that took my payment last week was new...walked in same receptionist was annoyed by caller..said oh my God in front of me after hanging up the phone..she said she was annoyed because he couldn't speak English... my son needed medical attention immediately so I took him to urgent care....it could nt have been any worse. he doctor came in and stood in the doorway to do his diagnosis...a staf infection and an infected toe. We purchased medications and got a shot for the infection. It turned out to be NO staf infection and the "infection" was a serious case of gout...renal failure symptom. This doctor made a buck at our expense..had to go to another doctor to get it right,, I would NEVER go there again. read more

I had a bad head cold that was improving slowly. Went to Urgent Care to see if that could be sped up. The doctor examined me and prescribed medications that improved my condition significantly in 2 days. Wait times are long, but maybe that can't be helped (there were about 10 people ahead of me).
