My friend, a plumber found the septic lid wasn't replaced properly. Rainwater, snows, sand had fallen down into my tank. I needed it pumped immediately, was now leery of calling anyone. One company couldn't come for weeks, recommending Hometown Septic. I spoke with owner, Tim. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, gave me a FAIR price. He was here in Two HOURS, same day service! He pumped the tank, saw the debris, and skillfully hosed out septic system extra carefully. Even more carefully replacing the septic tank lid CORRECTLY, adding an extra touch to prevent future debris probs. I have never met him before, but HIGHLY recommend Tim and his company.
