We've lived here less than a year, and I knew that wasn't needed, but I agreed to it since I needed the knowledge for cleaning the filter. Matt came out to educate me on the type of septic we have and how it works. He showed me how and cleaned the filter. He said the septic did not need to be emptied and could have easily taken advantage of the situation. He was honest and did not. He spent the time with me to be sure I knew what and how to clean the filter. Upon doing this, there were a few things overlooked from the builder's POV. I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new!
