I used Bass Septic Sewer to do the inspection for a home I was looking to buy, having a working…read moreseptic tank is a huge deal breaker. So when I got back the inspection report and it said Pass in all areas I was thrilled! After closing and moving in I had a lot of draining problems so I called out a different plumbing company they then informed me that the septic was never even connected to the tank!!! So I don't know how that means the septic is all good or how they even did an inspection in the first place. The quote to fix it was a minimum of 2,500. All I asked was for a refund of the amount I had to pay the other plumbing company because I shouldn't have to pay someone for an inspection that I already paid Bass to do in the first place. The lady on the phone was rude and said "bottomline we aren't paying for it" which is very bold for a company that didn't even do a proper inspection on my home. The inspector that went out to my house said to us after we got the quote "I don't go inside if I don't have to" HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Highly recommended! I needed help and guidance in cleaning the filter for our septic. As I made…read moremy appointment, the nice lady said that they normally don't just come out to do this and would if they were emptying my tank. We've lived here less than a year, and I knew that wasn't needed, but I agreed to it since I needed the knowledge for cleaning the filter. Matt came out to educate me on the type of septic we have and how it works. He showed me how and cleaned the filter. He said the septic did not need to be emptied and could have easily taken advantage of the situation. He was honest and did not. He spent the time with me to be sure I knew what and how to clean the filter. Upon doing this, there were a few things overlooked from the builder's POV.
