Patrick has done computer jobs for me in the past and has treated me fair. Was quick to get the repair done and back to me with very fair charges. However, 9 months ago, he picked up a PC for me and I have yet to get it back. I spoke to him about 3 months ago, he apologized and said there would be no charge for the repair since it has taken so long for me to get it back. He told me he would bring the computer to me, and I haven't heard from him since. I have left him several (10-15) messages begging him to call me back so I can pick the computer up....NOTHING!!! I have even offered to pay for the services....still NOTHING. I am sad, they were my go to people for computer services but I won't be going back or referring anyone else to them. There is also no address listed for the business so I can't even drive there to knock on the door. Poor business practices I must say. read more
