READ ME FIRST! My dealing was with Nick of the country lot this time around, I am completely…read morestunned with the lack of personalism from this salesman. He is rude, childish, perverted, and vile. I went multiple times trying to find a car because I am low income and I need the right car for the budget I have. He was not at all understanding about the budget and literally said " oh, well if you do not have almost 3000 down you can go and not waste my time " and this was AFTER he was constantly checking out my mother and trying to pry into her personal life which whatever people flirt but he was a complete creep about it and made her feel unsafe to the point we had to leave. I came back again and actually left with a car somehow even after his rude attitude because I'm desperate and he knew that. As soon as I leave guess what happens WE HAVE ISSUES, the bumper was not fully attached but do not worry duct tape fixes everything right. But that is not all! 12,000 for a car with all different kind of tires and bent rims. Tires had cuts and everything needing replaced asap and you bet right because it is not under warranty. The coolant only WATER in it. Works in a pinch but not when your selling a car bud. Never noticed the tires because fresh black spray paint on them and we got the car before they put hubcaps on so they just kept bringing up something to draw our attention away from the tires. So I had my GIRLFRIEND call and tell them just as a what can we do about this because it should not of been sold to us like this, Nick answers when she calls and the conversation starts fine and mind you he is a grown ass 45-55 year old boy. She states the problem and he starts to raise his voice over the phone to the point after a full sentence he was yelling at this REPEAT CUSTOMER, who did nothing but call after she got off of work and wanted a problem figured out. If this comment is still up then you can go see the man child yourself at the country lot because the boss did nothing about it. Stay safe y'all ‍ the city lot has the same issues with the same owner. You would think this process would be a little easier seeing how the last car that was just in an accident a few days ago MY CAR was also through them and this process has been a nightmare and will continue to be as we unwrap all the issues from the POS they let us leave with. If he can not be loyal and reliable to past customers why would any of them care what you leave with or that you get a fair price? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

HORRIBLE!! My husband and I financed through them and they sold us a POS car. Not even a month…read moreafter having the car, the fuel pump went out, the AC stopped working, and we had a power steering leak. A year later, after we fixed everything ourselves, the power steering pump went completely out! Also, the hose to the radiator completely fell apart. We've maintained the car and did nothing but work on this car this past year. Hometown "offers to help" when things go wrong with the car but they charge you ridiculous amounts of money. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT finance or buy from this place. Seriously do NOT recommend them !

I live in Citrus County and the only cars worth looking at are in Tampa, or Orlando, or further away making the car buying experience exhausting. URide Auto is right in Dunnellon and when I went to look at the car, it was exactly as described. Took it for a test drive and fell in love. Jay is MORE THAN fair!! I got my new ride on my birthday, New Year's Eve, and it is the gift that keeps on giving!!! Thank you, Jay, for an amazing experience and this beautiful car!!!!
