She looked me dead in the eyes and said "I will get this done for you, Chris." We switched over to Janine in January. Het team came in and staged the house, took amazing photos, and even a video. We finally closed on a very good offer the end of February. The entire time she was in touch with me. I NEVER had to reach out to ask how things were going. During the negotiations she listened to my concerns and advised me perfectly. I can not singe enough praises for her and her team. If you need a realtor to represent you, you would be absolutely silly to not go with her. She was a Godsend for my family and I.

As a 26 year veteran, I have had the opportunity to work with many Realtors. I can honestly say without hesitation that I would put the professionalism, courtesy and communication by Sarah Parker is among the best I have encountered anywhere. She has stayed on top of and in front of this purchase the entire time. In my opinion she has demonstrated a genuine empathy for these clients. All too often I see people getting caught up in emotion and the rush to close at any cost. Sarah genuinely cares and it shows.

I didn't really know what I was doing but Maria walked me through the whole process and was there every step of the way, making sure that I thoroughly understood the homebuying process. She referred me to an amazing lender as well as an affordable, yet great, home inspector. It was all pretty much a breeze now that I look back on it. Maria was also a great "rock star" negotiator in the end, making sure that I got the most for my money. I HIGHLY recommend Maria Clark!

She was constantly "on it," showed us houses throughout the valley and is an expert in every style and price point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and she was able to get us into every home we wanted to see. Brand new homes from grand Santa Barbara (Tuscany) style, country club homes, mid century ranches, and traditional AZ adobe style homes. She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along! Three successful and challenging house deals for our family in less than three years. Jennifer got it done! I can't recommend highly enough!

Jenny has been amazing, we only message her if it is something we can not fix. Small stuff, I don't mind fixing. When we moved in, the house was not cleaned. When we did the walk through she apologized and said she would remove the cleaning fee. I called my cleaning lady and she came in and took care of everything. The dishwasher doesn't work, but I told Jenny it wasn't a pressing issue since we did them in the sink. A/C units went down and we were without A/C off and on for almost 2 weeks in 100+ degree weather with 3 of us having health issues. Jenny jumped on it and sent the repair guy out, he really didn't do anything other than fill it with freon, he came back a day later...then again almost two days after that and He and another gentleman who was the best repair guy EVER! He got it fixed. He even listened to what we were telling him. We already knew what the issue were. The first guy was rude and disrespectful, climbed in the attic and dumped debris all over my personal belongings. I am a cancer patient, that is a major health violation. I have pictures, when he came back we asked him to clean up the mess he made. He said he didn't have a vacuum. He came in a company van and had nothing but a ladder?!? Then proceeded to argue with us about the filters we had in saying they were the reason the a/c went out. No, I sent Jenny the report of repairs to the A/C, the guy we called out in 2024/2025 even said the A/C may make it the summer of 2025 but it won't make it in 2026 and that is exactly what happened. Again, its a 30 year old house. I do not fault Jenny at all. I love this house. I grew up with family in electrical, HAVC, and my brother builds houses for a living. I know what is needed and what isn't. I adore Jenny, she gets things done. We live in this house every day, Jenny doesn't, she only knows what we tell her is wrong. I am not going to bug her for things I can fix. Also my neighbors are also amazing! We have a community here, people look out for each other. We will stay until for as long as Jenny says we can. :)

It was an exhausting experience from beginning to end. The entire tenancy was unnecessarily…read morestressful because routine issues became prolonged ordeals. We encountered repeated delays, unreasonable responses, and a level of disorganization that made it feel as though resolving problems was never a priority. I also had serious concerns about the individuals who were sent into our home. We were never provided with information about who they were, whether they were licensed or qualified to perform the work, or what company they represented. As a tenant with a family and young children, I found that deeply concerning. During one visit, an individual made comments about prior criminal activity that were alarming to hear inside our home. Regardless of the context, that is not something any tenant should experience while strangers are being sent into a residence occupied by a family with children. Overall, the quality of the work, the lack of professionalism, and the apparent absence of oversight left me with very little confidence that tenant safety or well-being was a priority. Renters deserve a home that is maintained, safe, sanitary, and reasonably free from conditions that interfere with everyday living. They deserve timely repairs, qualified and professional service providers, transparent communication, respect for their home and family, and to have legitimate concerns taken seriously rather than dismissed. They also deserve to be treated with professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
