We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. All dimensions of the sofa were clearly…read moredelineated on the order form, carefully reviewed by Sheffield, and signed off by Sheffield and us. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.

As you enter the store, they have lot of shopping carts to grab, and you will be amazed with the way the store is organized. The collection is just stunning with the seasonal items, rugs, home goods. Towards another end you can see international food items which is of great quality and quantity and variety. Overall, its a great store with lot of international items worth buying.

Abbie worked around our schedule to stop by our home for exact room measurements, and when my husband and I stopped back into the store a short few days later to see the layout and their suggestions, everything was almost perfect (except the floral pillow suggestions that my husband was not a fan of...lol). We worked with them to pick out the fabric for the pillows and found some beautiful options. I normally shop at places whereby a company honors a sale 14 to 30 days after the purchase - it's called a price adjustment. I'm now aware Moore's does not provide price adjustments, nor do they have a cancellation policy.

Then I was called by a representative saying the delivery would occur on 11/22 and someone would call me on 11/21 with a delivery time, that didn't happen. The bottom line is this company has a lot of failures from the top down and excused for failing to deliver their commitments, I won't do business with them again and would suggest to anyone that asks to avoid them or prepare to be disappointed.
