Pelle assured me that the Shelby style bedroom furniture displayed at this location was NOT in that category and he wasn't wrong. The bedroom set is great quality and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Pelle was wonderful to work with. The delivery service was outstanding. The two men were Professional & hard working. I also really liked the Tracking capability for my order as it helped with communication for when the product would arrive. It was EXACT and on point. This furniture is beautiful and I'm a very satisfied customer.

This is the second couch we bought from them. First one we bought about 4 years ago and the other one we just picked up today. Granite it wasn't an expensive couch. Under 700.00 but perfect for what we needed it for. When we got it back to the house we unpackaged it and put the feet on. when we flip up the couch and took a better look I notice a bow in the wood on the front piece and the springs pier to be popping up the cushions so something wasn't right. It wasn't something simple that we would be able to live with. We packed up the section that was broken to take it back. The manager accused us of breaking it and to make matters even worse accused my fiance of being "wacked out of his mind" because he told him after he accused us of breaking it, to give us a refund. So when he went back up with the other part of the couch the manager continued to accused him of breaking it and insist that he must of jumpped on the couch breaking it. Told him to F*** off in front of customers. That is No way to run a business. Apparently if someone wanted to return something they must be high. We are upset about how all this turned out and how he treated us.

The reason I am giving three stars is because we bought the mattress same day with cash and part of our deal was to receive a king size pillow, however, when the mattress was delivered they forgot the pillow...not a big deal as they said they would drop it a different day. We have called several times but have received no response back. A little disappointed. We just bought our daughter a bed and hope to return to purchase her mattress if we end up receiving the deal we settled for. On Sept 18 I called the Harleysville store and explained it was no longer needed. It was not opened/ unrolled and not used. I was informed it still could not be returned. I can underbid it was used or opened but it's intact! Unfortunately, I have no need for it now. I was told the district manager would call however, I'm still waiting on that call. I called the store this morning to verify told the district manager noted on my order no return is possible. I asked why he/ she didn't call me directly as I have been waiting to speak to this person. Apparently, the district manager does not talk to customers directly. REALLY?!?! What kind of customer service is that?! I have purchased from this store in the last, and with this disappointing customer service I will never buy from them again.

The hospital bed for my mother with als bound to a wheelchair and the new twin for my father her caretaker to be by her side at night. When the delivery drivers came it was a little hectic and they made their way into the en suite handicap accessible bathroom and stole medicine from my mother. Medicine she was taking for her pain and less the anxiety she has from this awful disease. We did call and speak to a manager but received a sorry and shoulder shrug. Don't use them if they are hiring drivers who cannot be trusted and steal from a handicap woman.
