I never realized that they had an expiration date. He brought replacement alarm with him. He sent a picture of both the front and the back of the alarm so that he could find the correct replacement. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

They installed a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry. I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.
