My dad went and delivered the jumphouse and chairs and tables for the birthday party. The next morning he showed up to pick up the jumphouse, one table and ten chairs and they were missing. My dad was upset but he had a dozen more jumphouse & hundreds chairs and tables so he got over it. Months later my dad saw a live video of a birthday party at the storm house with my dads jumphouse inside the Stormhouse. Apparently the storm house thief Javier started renting the location along with my dads jump house and chairs and tables. The stolen jumphouse, chairs and tables along with the Stormhouse were now Javiers "party package deal". A couple of weeks later a friend of ours told us they saw my dads jumphouse was at the storm house & my dad showed up to speak to the care taker of the Stormhouse & they stated Javier was not there, my dad returned later & said Javier lies and statet someone sold him the jumphouse. He lied....the jumphouse was rented to a customer who rented the Stormhouse for a party. The thief Javier just dragged that jumphouse inside the Stormhouse & tried to continue renting it along with the Stormhouse as a package deal. Everyone knows this guy as a thief. Be careful leaving your belongings there. He is a thief. Everything was impressively clean, though they use liquid chalk instead of loose powder and advise everyone who brings their own chalk to use liquid as well. There are self-belaying devices which is awesome if you're doing a solo climb, I honestly prefer it over the old-school belay. They also offer instructive classes on certain days of the week, climbing routes change every couple weeks. I also love the unique block shapes! Staff is also super friendly.

Do the owners even climb? Does anyone here rock climb? It's like only alive because there's zero competition. Like I truly believe this gym is second to none in terrible gyms. Why do we have ropes hanging on 12 foot walls that are also boulder walls. It's so weird. The whole gym feels like I'm on mushrooms from how bizarre it is. I promise if another gym opens in Monterey, this gym will lose almost all people who actually enjoy climbing. Put actual mounted hangboards in, hire proper setters, allow powdered chalk, get rid of the junky clift wall, remove the doo-hickeys from the pull up bar, drop the ropes, the list goes on. The thing is, the opinion about all of this is super popular. Think the owners just don't care & have no competition somehow Coming from somehow who's been to 200+ gyms and traveled to many different countries. I've messaged and called today again and no response. I don't know how people get in but this business is a scam. It might not be but they are great at taking money and not providing services. I asked to communicate on email and they refused so that I wouldn't have a record of it to take to the chamber of commerce. If the chamber or better business see this please do something about this. So if you have an issue with your lane it might be like pulling teeth to get it fixed. Overall, this is a beautiful bowling facility. Did I mention they have a full service bar? We've been to most of the parks in the greater Bay Area and yesterday was our first time here. All the parks have been a great experience for us. They each have something we like, there's woodsball up north, nice variety in the central valley, we've had fun at all of them. So when I say that this was our favorite place, it means something. First off, great prices and superb staff to help you out. Geared towards the first time player but not limited in the least bit to new players. The fields are excellent, COD fans will have a familiar field to play on! The players we encountered were all good friendly people, both other teens/young adults and adults were friendly to my sons and I and it was a nice mix of teams. Lastly. The pro-shop and management team, the owner/operator and his managers are there to make sure you are enjoying your visit. I spent some time talking with them and they are committed to making your experience a long lasting memory. You want to build those core memories with your family and friends? They are the guys to help you do that. The Park is not limited to paintball, there's other activities available even for the really young ones. We'll be going back again soon!
