The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of cages with different pitching speeds. The pricing is very affordable, with options to purchase by the bucket or choose an all-day pass. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this batting cage facility!

This review is for Summer Camp run by this facility…read more Parents -- please read this before booking a camp here. This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing camp experiences we've ever had. My kids attended the baseball camp, and even though they're usually easygoing, they came home after the first day saying the camp was "boring." They said they spent a lot of time just watching TV -- which is not what you expect when you sign up for a sports-focused camp. The biggest red flag came during their planned field trip to Tech Interactive. Kids were there on time (between 8:30-9:00 AM), but none of the coaches had arrived. Parents had to step in, calling the coaches (who didn't respond), and eventually reaching the owner. He showed up eventually at 10:00 AM. Thankfully, the parents didn't leave the kids alone, but this kind of mismanagement caused many of us to be late for work and left everyone extremely frustrated. For a kids program, this level of disorganization is just unacceptable. But the most concerning part was what happened when I and my kids shared their feedback about the camp. Instead of listening or showing any accountability, the owner recorded a video of the kids after I left -- without parent's permission -- and sent it to the teen coaches. Those high school-aged coaches then showed that video to other campers, and our kids were blamed by their peers for "ruining TV time." When one of my sons asked to practice pitching, he was told he cannot, and when the other coach asked why, he responded by saying "Because he ruined it". That's not just poor judgment -- it's inappropriate and damaging. We emailed the owner expressing how wrong this was. He only replied to say that the video shouldn't have been shown to other kids -- but completely ignored the fact that he made and shared the video in the first place. That's a serious violation of privacy and trust. It's fine to have high school helpers, but they need to be properly trained and supervised -- and clearly, they weren't. When the leadership sets such a poor example, it trickles down. We pulled our kids out early and will not return. If you're a parent looking for a safe, respectful, and well-run environment for your child, this is not it. I truly hope this helps another family avoid the experience we had.

On a busy Sunday afternoon, that meant that many parties were waiting for the one in front to complete their round before they could proceed. You can skip as needed but the courses are designed to get progressively harder so going in order is the recommended option. The mats where you tee up the ball were mostly worn down and should be replaced, but the rest of the equipment were relatively well maintained. Inside is an arcade and a concession bar in case you need to fuel up. In order to take advantage of certain promotions, like the 3 and under golf for free, you need to download the app first which is a bit inconvenient but at least you get to save $17.50.

The staff who took care of our table was fantastic and very patient with us. But the staff who greeted me and the manager there were not so. I won't reveal their names because by doing that - I know they would lose their jobs. And in this economy, losing jobs at Golfland means the outcomes would be really bad. My point is - as long as you are doing something extremely simple: don't need to engage in any communication or coordination with the Golfland staff (and their HQ's people), it is not a bad place to spend an afternoon with kiddos.
