After five plus months of work, and three missed completion dates, the photos attached were taken upon (1) we ended the project, and (2) we occupied the property. June 6, 2025, was the 3rd missed completion date, which ended the engagement. We paid fairly for work that produced usable outcomes. We have now expended $10,000 plus to fix/repair the problems. The contractor told us that he was licensed and we should have checked. Glad to have this mess in the rear-view-mirror.
