Thank god they clearly mark the entrance otherwise, it is a bit confusing. You kind of walk into a building hallway and then you can't miss the shop on the left. It's definitely a plant lovers oasis. It's a bit overwhelming how many wonderful things they offer. Multiple employees asked if I needed any help which I appreciated. I need to go back in with pictures of my space as I will certainly be taking them up on their offer next time. Also loved that they have the little infused honey coffee/drink spot inside of the plant oasis. Depending on what you are looking for they have small, super reasonably priced plants, and large plants that are going to run you a few hundred dollars. So whether you are looking for a showpiece or a housewarming gift, you'll be able to find it here! (Also loved the Plant Daddy branding!)

What an amazing plant sanctuary!…read more I have never beent to a place quite like IT'S. Plants galore. Potts galore. Coy fish and a macaw. On top of that all these beautiful accessories like windows crystals. And then there was a Christmas market happening with vendors. You can get macaroons or a cofee in the jungle! A woman was painting on site and it was beautiful. Also you can buy interesting items like hand cream, jewelry, paintings, etc.... A lot was going on! I can share that the staff were helpful and nice. Prices were reasonable. But I can share with you they don't sell clippings for propagation which is why I went to Jordan's. I walked away with 2 plants and I will propagate myself.

Before we were going to leave, we looked for the restroom. When we found it, the entire hallway leading to it was dark and had been blocked off with room dividers and a sign saying out of order. We made a joke about it because it had the look of a closed off area, not just temporarily out of order. We were exiting the store, walking past the checkout area when an associate, a middle aged woman who had the look of being some kind of shift supervisor, basically wanted to start a confrontation with us. As we were walking past, well within proximity for us to hear her, she made a comment to a young associate that seemed to be about us joking about the restroom out of order sign. We turned to clarify what she had said and she repeated that we made some joke about the restrooms being closed. We did not engage with her and left. I went back to the vestibule area to look in to see her name tag, but I couldn't see one. Then we left. I had planned to write to Ollie's corporate but found on their website a rigid format to leave positive remarks but no interest expressed in hearing other feedback. As I tried to find a way to communicate with them, I learned that they have some very unpleasant actions against them, touching on discrimination and other unpleasantness. At that point it seemed that this kind of employee may be just the expression of their management, and I decided not to try to correspond with them. Then I came to Yelp and saw the recent review and comment about the restrooms having been closed since June of 2025. I suspected when this happened that she was particularly sensitive about the restrooms being closed. It appears that Ollie's has developed a very negative culture. I would avoid them in the future.

They have a bunch of crap with with a few better quality items mixed in. I removed a star for having large restroom signs only to see they have closed them indefinitely to the public.
