I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair. After checking other Suffs reviews, I will be shocked if I ever hear back from anybody. Sad, somebody could have made a nice sale as I was looking at both a Stickley rocker and Lazy Boy recliner.
