DO NOT BUY FROM LAZ-E- BOY. We paid $3000 for a couch and loveseat. I paid way less for the Levin set we gave away to fam and it looked newer. The pillows that came with the sofa were a different size and style than what we thought we were getting and the woman we tried to work with was very short and insistent that we "knew what we were getting" when we picked out the sofa. She didn't even give us any options for compromising on what we had picked out versus what showed up. The delivery guys insisted that they had "no idea" that they were taking down the old sofa after bringing in the new one and said that the saleswoman shouldn't have promised us that because it's "not part of their job." My aunt is a sweetie and felt terrible about inconveniencing them and gave them an obscenely generous tip. When we looked at the delivery receipt? It said on the receipt that they were bringing in and taking out, and the fee was included. Soooooo ripping off old ladies? Super classy.
