When I returned, the bike shop guy was very helpful with information about the town and other places to check out. The store itself is a shotgun style with high ceilings, so they can stack bikes two rows high and even hang rims from the top. They also have lots of accessories and items for skateboarding too. When you walk in, it looks a bit cluttered with the space being so narrow, but if you need anything, you can simply ask the staff to help you. Seemed pretty knowledgeable. I can't say how good the repair service or even how competitive the pricing is since I haven't bought a bike in years. They got me going and out the door to the trails in no time. After a hard day of pedaling, they were equally professional and nice. As a side note here, I had terrible experiences with other local bike shops (Bicycle Garage Indy, etc.) in relation to my trip to Indiana. So it was refreshing to have a bike shop that realized that treating customers like, you know, people, was the correct way to run a business.
