No high pressure, just suggesting we test different firmness levels we might like. Even though we hadn't planned on making a purchase on that visit, once we identified the exact mattress we wanted, the prices due to the President's day sale, were too good to pass up. Trevor's knowledge and help definitely made the difference and was the reason we bought that day. The delivery in a large box truck was made as scheduled and the gentlemen that put the mattress in place and removed our old mattress were cordial and efficient. At the west side firm, the employee took a break from smoking weed in her car to give us a tour I guess. Greg discounted us on the delivery so that the mattress will be brought from our door to the bed frame - usually that would cost $100.
