I've used the many time at different homes. Installed my generator, walk in tub with bathroom buildout/electrical, replaced recessed lighting with LED so I wouldn't have to change as often. Installed door sensor to turn on lights when I enters bathroom and closet, installed wired video doorbell, installed a mini split system-ran the disconnect line and hvac guy did the rest. Mr Greg(electrical is the best), Mac(plumbing) is very knowledgeable and the new HVAC person was great too. I have more projects coming up and plan on contacting them. If it's pricey then they use a Wells Fargo card for low interest payments over time. Very pleased. read more

We have used Home 360 for many years and never had a problem until now. Recently, among other things, we contracted with them to repair a small water stain on a ceiling and paint it in a color that closely matched the existing ceiling paint. The proposal stated the paint may not be a perfect match. We accepted that because they had done the same kind of repair & paint a year or so ago in my bedroom. At that time, their painter applied new paint and "feathered" it to blend in nicely with the 25-year-old existing paint. This time, however, the paint the painter used is not AT ALL a close match to the existing ceiling paint. When we sent a photo to 360 showing the glaring mismatch, they said they could paint the entire ceiling for thousands more $. We wanted them to try again to match the existing paint closely, as the contract stated. I said if the painter could not get a good result then he should have to paint the entire ceiling at his own expense. Their final word was NO and they sent a proposal for more than $2000 to paint the whole ceiling. (Declined!) We have been excellent customers, and we are now extremely disappointed by this shabby treatment. read more

I have used Home 360 in the past and had a great experience. Saved me $$$ in the past. I used them again and and got a quote but then the painter said he could not do the work. I called to cancel the agreement when Trudy told me to give her a chance to make this quote right. She called me back and took $250.00 off the quote and had three of the best painters on the job. Home360 is the answer to this widow's prayer! One of the worst things for a woman who suddenly finds herself single after 50 years, is household repairs! You can't imagine the anxiety of trying to find someone when something breaks. I was hoping for someone honest and dependable but discovered that just finding someone to answer the phone or call me back was the biggest challenge! Then I got a mailer from Home360 and soon after my fridge stopped cooling! It was after 6pm when I discovered it and called Home360 hoping to get a call back in the morning. But to my surprise and delight, a real person answered, and I had an appointment for the next morning. The tech showed up right on time and my fixed my fridge right away, for much less money that I expected. Home360 took advantage of my girlfriend while I was out of town She has a wall unit similar to the ones you find in a motel that she wanted check the guy came out told her it was bad and told her it's generally 4800 dollars to replace so when he told her 2179.00 she fell for it the unit is 750.00 online free delivery they won't return it and offered to take 200.00 off the price By the way the unit plugs into a regular outlet it took them ten minutes and they were gone I had to give them a star but they don't deserve it read more

I contacted them this morning with a pipe that burst. I fully understand that we've had freezing temperatures in Baton Rouge and that plumbers are busy. BUT, I was told that it would be mid-morning before a plumber came. I took the day off from work and waited. At noon, I called and was told that they are still working through the list. At 4:00pm, I called and was told that it would be Tuesday (4 days away) before they could get someone out. The problem here is that they lied and told me that I'd be seen that morning. No one ever contacted me. Now, I'm stuck without a plumber, and no water over the weekend. There is no doubt that when I made the original call they knew it would be several days. But they lied, and told me they were coming within several hours. ABSOLUTELY RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEIR RELIABILITY IS TERRIBLE. They have lost a long term customer over this. read more

Do not use them for A/C work! Used them for years and were completely satisfied so when the A/C-Heating needed replacing we used them. That was 4 years ago and we have had nothing but trouble since. The unit would literally come on around 10 a.m. and not shut off until at least 12 hours later. Home360 said the upstairs coil was not leaking (well the 1st tech said it was...the numerous others they sent out said no), yet we continuously had to get the unit coolant recharged. Called in a true A/C company before the parts warranty was up and they found at least 2 leaks in the upstairs coil. Hopefully this fix will do the trick and our new A/C will actually cool the house. read more

Ripped me off!!! I hired a plumber to fix my toilet and sink that both had a slow leak. They were 30 minutes late, and drunk. The alcohol smell was so loud, I started to ask them to leave but I still owed them $89 dollars for coming out. He changed the bulb in the tank (part cost $10 bucks), but he charged me $165.00 to do it. I said.. "Was $155 just for labor (5 minutes), and he said yes. Then he said it would be $585 to fix the sink, I said hell no! Paid them, and asked them to leave my property. I got the sink fixed the next day by another plumber for $45 dollars. I called the office to complaint and was told a supervisor would be contacting me. That was on January 6,2017. Today is January 16,2017 and no one has not even attempted to reach out to me. These guys are great! I had an issue with the bill and it was fixed right away. The contractors are awesome and their work is awesome. We've used Home 360 since 2004 and have never had a complaint. The best thing about the company is that the diagnostic fee is waived if you decide to proceed with the job/home repair/etc. One of my favorite electricians is Charles Dawson and one of my favorite carpenters is Mario. We have always been treated fairly and respectably. Even the office personnel are terrific. I have nothing but great things to report about Home 360. read more

Do not used this company. Waited two weeks for appointment at 11:00. Office calls and says he will be at my home by noon. He is running late. Now 12:30 and a no show. Office wants to reschedule for another two weeks away. I don't think so. Call someone else. They have nice trucks but terrible service. And no call from the office saying he's going to be late again or even an apology. read more

The worst plumbing service I have ever received. My water heater was not working. Home360 sent a technician come to take a look then told me it has to be replaced with a new one and charged me $89 for inspection. Then wrote a quote for $2750 with installation. I checked with Home Depot with the same bland with installation. The quote from HD is $1700. Then I asked another plumber to check the water heater again. With $35 inspection fee, he turned it on - now it is working. Damn it! Greedy Home360 plumber!!! read more

Called for an estimate and had to pay for the estimate. They replaced an existing 40 gallon residential water heater and it only cost $2,200.00. That turns out to be approximately $800.00 more than other plumbing companies. I would not refer them to anyone else. read more

Had several areas of interior sheetrock repairs done. Wow, what a job! The repair is so well done you cannot visually see where the damage was and it looks beautiful. The craftsman cleaned the work areas and my home was left clean. I received a written estimate prior to the work and was invoiced exactly the same amount. I am a former repeat customer. Recently hired for repair., however, repair was not completed due to unforeseen damage therefore the job was not completed. In addition, debris and trash was left both inside and outside of my home. I was given an amount due three days after the contractor came out that was almost the same price of the completed job price. I was only given an amount verbally without an invoice of itemized list of the cost. The main office was very rude an unprofessional. The office manager acted as if my request for an invoice and explanation of the charges was an inconvenience to them and unusual . They demanded payment without any documentation. I was told that the amount told to me was the amount due and that I had to pay it. I was given no explanation of charges. How can a business expect payment for an amount that was not agreed upon and without any paperwork only a verbal demand. After visiting the office and several phone calls, I was begrudenly told that I would receive and invoice in the mail however, the amount told to me was still due. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will update with results. read more

Recently, the bath room of my condo had some problem with lights on and off. I called Home 360 and had a licensed electrician to come for dignosis. I was charged $75 for the dignosis. He told me the main breaker was bad after check it. He also told it was main breaker had problem, and gave me a quote of $270 for the job which including pull permit and city inspection fee. He told me it may cost more than $1000 if it needs to chage whole panel of five meters. Later, a friend of mine came and found it was inside breaker broken and fixed it. I called Home 360 right away to cancel the appointment. The electrician told me he already pulled the permit and needs to charge me $35. I called servel licensed electricians and was told this job does not need a permit. I said i can pay the $35 fee but i need to see the receipt from city. He could not provide it. Moreover, he hold my a GE breaker which I purchsed from Lowes (I paid $40). I found that I hired a wrong company (Home360) to do the job. It has no any reputation at all.
