Ron thoroughly explained everything in detail and then let me know the approximate costs prior to beginning work. He gave me a project maximum cost which he did end up staying under upon completion. Ron completed his work and patched up the walls in a reasonable amount of time. The wall patching isn't perfect but he explained how to finish the walls even better with a few items from Home Depot which was helpful. In the end, the final product looked great! If you are looking for a seasoned TV installer who really knows how to get it done, Ron is your man!

Ron was very accommodating and flexible with our communication method and I love it when a service uses text messaging to communicate with their potential customers.
