He made a list and promised us a detailed estimate so we could decide which projects to do first. Initially we were pleased that he seemed to understand our needs and seemed experienced. That was summer of 2022 and we never we heard from him again. We called the company about 4 weeks later, wondering if he was sick, had an emergency, or left the company. Nope.
