We highly recommend GSA Home! We are very grateful for Joe and Amore for the open and clear…read morecommunication we received throughout our projects with them. We first met Joe to do a trim repair on our house. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. In addition, he went above and beyond in providing aluminum trim replacement at a great price. Joe came out multiple times before the start of the project to ensure a proper color match and walk us through the project. When time came for the trim repair the team at GSA Home arrived on time and did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail. We were so pleased with the trim repair that when we noticed a leak in our roof, we called GSA Home and Joe and his team came out quickly to assess the leak, tarp the area and provide recommendation on wind damage on our roof. Joe and Amore did an excellent job of providing us with the information to help walk us through what we needed to file a claim with our insurance company. Once we were approved for a full roof replacement, Joe provided excellent recommendations on potential shingle colors. Joe came out before the project to show us the shingle colors so we could feel comfortable with our choice. On the days of the roof replacement the team showed up on time and took care in tarping the area around the house. Joe and his team did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the work on the roof. At the end of the project the team did a fantastic job cleaning up the work site and removing nails and debris. We are very pleased with the results of the trim repair and roof replacement and highly recommend GSA Home.

Not all roofing companies have your best interest in mind. As a matter of fact, some like High…read morePoint Roofing have proven they are more interested in getting a new roof and commission rather than an honest assessment of an existing roof. My house was on the market, and the buyer wanted a roof inspection and called High Point Roofing. I had no problem with the inspection and personally have over 40 years of construction experience. The report came back that there was one missing shingle, exposed nail heads on the ridge vent, rubber cracking on pipe vent, two popped nails on garage section, discoloration on front slop shingles and some granular loss as found in guttering (these repairs were simple and would take no more than one hour to repair). This 23-year-old roof expert concluded that the 30-year architectural shingle that was approximately 23 years old only had a "maximum of 1-2 Years Left of Life" and that the roof needed replaced (Notice the caps used to demand attention and generate fear). In all of my years of dealing with inspectors I have never had one offer such a precise life expectancy, only High Point Roofing. Needled to Say the Buyer wanted a new $20,000.00 roof at the Sellers expense. I'm perfectly fine with fixing problems when necessary and needed. In this case it was an egregious attempt to put on new roof that wasn't necessary. I called Antony Regalbuto one of the owners, about his inspector and report. He reported key problems that are often indicators of a roof in decline that an inspector would identify. He noted specifically that often such roofs have fiberglass exposed and bubbling shingles which can include moisture problems and/or poor ventilation in the attic. I agreed with him that both were indicators of a bad roof. I then asked Anthony, if his 23-year-old roof inspector identified in his report such failures and he was silent. He was silent because they didn't exist. In the end Anthony protected his employee. I'm sure Anthony will dispute my report and if so I have written documentation in hand to corroborate my statement. I also have a few billboards that I can offer caution and direct potential customers to another roofing company. I'm very disappointed with the High Point Roofing and a young man that tried for a big commission on my dime. I did not identify the young man intentionally as I hope he learns a lesson from this experience Clark Struebing

After part of a tree landed on our roof during the severe July 4th storm in Southern Maryland, we…read morewanted to make sure our roof hadn't been damaged. George Raley was incredibly responsive, even while he was on a family vacation. He took the time to answer our questions and scheduled us as soon as he returned to town. George spent over two hours thoroughly inspecting our roof, taking photos, explaining what he found, and securing a few shingles that had loosened. Thankfully, he determined that our roof had not sustained storm damage. He explained that the areas of concern were simply normal wear and tear for the age of our roof and recommended sealing those few shingles instead of filing an insurance claim. What impressed us most was George's honesty and integrity. He could have easily pushed us toward an insurance claim or tried to sell us a new roof, but instead he gave us an honest assessment that was in our best interest. At no point did we feel pressured or guilty for choosing not to move forward with a claim. We know our roof will likely need to be replaced in the next 5-8 years, and when that time comes, George will absolutely be our first call. It's refreshing to find someone who values honesty and customer trust over making a sale. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing professional for repairs, a roof replacement, or simply an honest inspection after a storm, I highly recommend George Raley and his team. Thank you, George, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and for leaving us feeling confident in our decision!
