Window now has moisture between panes. Called Uniframe window company. Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Told they will send piece of glass and I'll have to hire someone to install it. Horrible experience, long waits. We were planning to start with only the roof as it is a large…read morebuilding. There were many conversations that made it clear by the end of the project we wanted a fully completed barn. The steel for the roof finally arrived and they ordered the wrong color. Instead of making them send it back, we agreed to use that for siding. They never told us the trim around overhead doors, soffit and fascia should have been completed prior to siding. A quote for overhead door trim, soffit and fascia was not discussed or received at that time, we were never informed of the proper sequence. As homeowners and not contractors, we did not know the proper sequence and should have been told BEFORE the siding went up. We did not know until a family member stopped out and said something. The crew didn't speak English or pretended not to speak English when we tried to ask questions. My husband then immediately contacted the owner directly and asked him to come out and look at it and talk. I witnessed my husband telling Aaron face to face he was unhappy with how the work was done and he is denying any knowledge of there being issues. I later sent an official complaint in writing (which included a request for them to work with us on a resolution) via certified mail with confirmed delivery and they didn't bother to respond. The incorrect sequence of how the work was completed led to an extra thousands of dollars to get it completed by someone else. The owner Aaron is a crooked liar and will deny entire conversations with you. He was told there were issues on the phone, in person, and in writing. He gave his word to make it right but never followed through. Don't do business with this company- they only want your money and don't care about doing right by their customers. It's been over a year, we have paid in full, and they have been unwilling to do anything to make it right. They respond with "this is the first time any issues were brought to our attention," which is a lie and we have proof. They never had any intention of making it right.

This is a great company to work with for a new roof. Hail damaged my old one, and I contacted them…read moreon a recommendation from my neighbor. Jacob came and looked at the damage even before my insurance adjuster came. He kept me informed, and gave me a price for doing the damaged half and the whole roof. I chose to do the whole roof. He estimated it would be the end of April, and they were able to complete it in one day on April 13. Jacob kept me informed when they found a few boards that needed to be replaced. The crew covered the ground and bushes with tarps to catch all the debris. They picked up everything that fell on the ground, and ran magnets over the yard and even behind the shrubs. After they left, Jacob checked to make sure everything was done to perfection. The very next day (14th), we had a hail storm. Jacob called and was here within an hour to see if the roof was damaged. Thankfully, it was not. I would recommend Jacob and his crew to anyone.

I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

We had some damage to our metal siding after we had some work done by a landscaping company. All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!
