It wouldn't have been so bad if more options were given other than a full replacement of a roof 10 years old. He left without giving any sort of estimate regarding the replacement, I let it be known that we would be getting other opinions so I am not sure how I would been able to make an informed decision without something in writing. He also wouldn't leave me his business card when I asked for one; the entire interaction seemed off. Lightning Restoration showed extremely poor communication and incompetency of the small, main level…read morewindow replacement project we hired them for.  They mismeasured our windows and still put them in and tried to cover it up.  They left our home untrimmed and unfinished on the inside and out for over 4 months of winter.  After countless text messages, emails, and phone calls about our concerns of this project, along with numerous reschedules of project dates, crews showing up unannounced, and crews not showing up when they were suppose to, we sat down with the owner and got a signed release out of our contract giving up on them to finish it ourselves.  After getting signed out of our contract, the owner of the company had the nerve to try to push his siding on us.
