Easy to schedule and somewhat affordable option... HOWEVER, if you miss a call from the photographer, don't expect him/her to wait for you to call back or reach back out. I was on the phone and had a client in the car. As soon as it was safe for me to respond, I CALLED and TEXTED the information requested. I had no reply or acknowledgement to receiving the information requested. Instead the photographer will leave and Homesnappers will charge you another $99 to reschedule. This is not the first time I have had issues with responsiveness and professionalism. If I am going to have to pay an additional $99 for services, I might as well use another more professional company that may cost more. read more

I hired Home Snappers after my normal photographer could not make it, and man did I luck out! I was unable to be at the shoot, so was biting fingernails that everything went okay. Literally, from the time of booking, to the actual shoot, everything was seamless. I received my photos back in 24 hours and was blown away by the quality and creative angles that the photographer, Jake, was able to capture. They are also super reasonable. When I worked with a very large real estate corporation, we routinely used Shoot to Sell for all of our real estate photo and video needs. However, the turn around time can be pretty long and the price is generally high. Now, that I'm with a boutique agency, I wanted someone a little more "boutique- centric", really concerned with the little guy. I came across Home Snappers and I loved the gallery on their website. We booked a session through Lance, the owner, for the following day at 11 a.m. in Rockwall. Unfortunately, whoever was scheduled to come out and shoot the pics never showed and it took about an hour to get in touch with anyone. As soon as Lance found out what had happened, he packed up his car and drove to the listing to meet us there. He apologized profusely. Although we were a little upset about the wait, his customer care alleviated to frustration. What a nice guy! We received the finished photos the very next day along with an offer at full price!
