He said the reason was because I did not send him the form on time or sent him the final payment. When you are planning a wedding you are literally dealing with 10+ vendors at the same time. Instead of just giving me a call and letting me know. He just sends me an email saying he declined to shoot our wedding. When I got the e-mail I called him back immediately to tell him I"ll get everything over today itself, he responds and says he's already signed someone else and they paid upfront already. Instead of respecting a gentlemans agreement that he would shoot our wedding he chose to look for a loophole because I didn't get a form to him on time. His response was cold and response to my objection was " this is business". I would be hesitant to work with people that treat people in such a way.

He was also fun to have in the bride's room while we were all getting ready and was very respectful of our privacy. He knew when to stay and when to leave to take other photos and scope out the neighborhood for our bridal party photos. I can not say enough about how great of a deal Matt's pricing is. He graduated from an art school where he studied photography so he REALLY knows what he's doing. He loves wedding photography so he's a joy to have around. Because he loves it, his price is for the entirety of your wedding and the price is less than what other photographers who didn't study photography charge for six hours.
