A childhood friend of mine entered us in a contest and I have been extremely Thankful that she did! Due to her kindness, Chaunva contacted me and informed me we had won a free newborn session with her. I did take time to look over her work and it was like, "Love at first sight!!" :) Since I was expecting my first child, I wanted his pictures to be extra special and something we can talk about later when he is older. Chaunva, went above and beyond to make sure she captured the perfect moments of my son. After our session with her for his newborn pictures, she has taking his 3 months and we're getting ready to visit her again sometime in October for my sons 6 months and then after that she will capture his 9 and 12 month pictures as well! THE BEST OUT THERE!!! Chaunva is first a mother herself, so the experience with her is truly special. She was so patient, not only with my baby, but with my husband and I as well. I always wanted to have my twins photograph by a professional when they were born but the prices were very high but I didn't care pictures are beautiful memories. I went for my 3d pictures and my mom fill out a raffle card to have a free session with Chaunva. I never would of thought that I would win that session and very thankful we did because She is perfect, very courteous and professional. I'm so glad I did because it led me to the most amazing photographer. Chaunva did my maternity, newborn, Christmas, and 1 year old photo session for my son. Chaunva is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what she does. It is definitely an art that she has mastered when it comes to capturing the moment. I first started out with her for my maternity session thinking I would just do that and the newborn session. After seeing her work, I could not just settle with that alone. I have been having her capture my daughter, Skylar DuPree, milestone session as well. WE LOVE CHAUNVA!!!! I was pregnant with my now 8 month old son Charlie at the time and wished so very hard that I could have his shots done. When I went in for my 3D ultrasound I saw pictures of Chaunva's work and knew I had to get our pictures done with her! We drove a little over an hour and I do not regret it one bit. Chaunva is amazing!!!! I took my daughter Mariyah to have her pictures taken when she was 26 days old (typically this is a little too old for the newborn pictures).
