The small pad in front of the door is 3" - 6" off center, left over concrete poured on the lot behind my house, which I don't own. My fence he took down wasn't put back together correctly. It will cost thousands upon thousands to correct. He won't respond to text messages. He's a Home Depot "Pro" so hopefully there's recourse through Home Depot. I called because there was bending after 1 month on the railings again son came out.. The garage door has windows and the struts were installed visibly blocking window again I called and was told by Derek that that was only option for installing ( which was lie) door finally came off track after 2 months. Derek said my husband probably did it... called home warranty company to replace garage door opener and upon inspection it was pointed out all of the errors of my garage door installation... the railings were not even , brackets on bottom where garage closes was not installed, rails were upside down.. where there should have been 4 screws only 2 was used to secure brackets at top... on the single door insulation there were no stuts installed at all!!... I had to hire another garage door company to correct what Calhouns didn't do ...when I called Derek he was very defensive and belligerent.. and blamed the other company of just trying to make money... accountability and professionalism are definitely out the door with this company!!!!!

It was incredible! If you're looking for garden statues, you will find something you love. They have everything from animals, gnomes, dinosaurs, aliens, flowers and all types of things. They have benches, gliders and swings that are extremely sturdy made out of hardwood. Very high quality. There is every size planter you can image. They even had wood burning stoves! The plants and trees were fantastic! They had such reasonable prices on trees. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day! You can tell the employees love what they do and rally care about taking care of the plants. Everyone seemed happy and asked us several times if we needed help. Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes.
