They quoted a competive price that we were willing to pay and I have to say, they did an amazing job. They showed up at the expected time on the day they said they would show and finished the job in a timely fashion. They are polite, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend hiring them if you need work done. One of the doors was a little bit of a specialty setup and they confirmed each time they had a question rather than just assume how we wanted things done. They also cleaned up the work area before leaving. Definitely no regrets or complaints.

I had work done in late February and received an invoice in early March for the work. I was out of town at the time and didn't pay it right away after I got back. A few days ago I received 1 phone call and they left voicemail asking for payment. Yesterday I received 7 phone calls in a span of 2 minutes. I was on another call but put it on hold to answer the 7th call. When I asked why the need to pester in such a way instead of leaving a voice mail, she claimed she had left several voice mails and calls over some period of time since the invoice was sent 45 days ago. I acknowledged that I was late and that I would pay it and did so. I also offered to provide my Verizon phone records that showed only 1 call from them and not the 'several' that she says she has logged on her call sheet. I asked for an owner/manager to call me back to follow up. She took a very hostile attitude right from the beginning of the conversation rather than listen to a customers concerns. I offered to provider her with real phone records that contradict what her staff person has been telling her but she didn't seem to care about facts. I then told her it appears she didn't want me as a customer any longer. While she indicated that wasn't the case, her attitude continued to be belligerent and hostile. I won't be doing business with this company any longer and I recommend anyone considering it to look elsewhere.
