How can you complain about an organization that is run by a monopoly thought I would press the easy button yesterday by having certain Home Service Plus come out and replace a water heater. Relatively simple task the group that showed up, took the old water heater out and brought a new water heater in. They appear to have connected the water line in the waterline out in the gas line to the water heater. Somewhere beyond that they were obviously distracted and left the property not long after removing the old unit I come to find out there's no hot water, the gas was not turned on the water was not turned on into the tank and obviously the pilot light was not lit. Apparently that's what $1600 gets you in 2025 at a minimum they should consider removing the plus on the end of their name. I really can't think of anything more to say other than completely incompetent. Following up with a phone call today, Alicia stated she was doing all she could by telling me to call back tomorrow. During the cold spell during the first week of September, my furnace wasn't working. The first appointment I could get was over three days away so I called the company to see if anything sooner was possible due my age and medical conditions. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and made sure she got many details to support my request. I was called back and a technician sent for the next day (I believe his name was Nick). He assessed the situation and found that the main panel needed to be replaced which would take two to three days to arrive in the mail. However, he went out of his way to track down a panel and install it that day because of my medical concerns (note: I didn't ask him to do that). He actually apologized to me for it taking so long (two hours approximately) to get the work done which included his driving out to pick up the part). Best service ever. read more

A young man named Jeff Pickens was at my 95 year old dad's house today to work on a furnace that isnt working properly. We woke up to 62 degrees and falling this morning. Jeff was so kind and patient as my dad is a talker... he checked everything, explained it all clearly to my dad and myself. Our central air conditioning completely quit working. House interior temp maxed-out at 95F (wife and I are 80 yr old). CPE tech sent out several days after they were notified. Parts ordered (fan motor) and a few more days for delivery/install. Central air worked for one day, then quit. Fuse on circuit board in furnace keeps-on failing. This is day 'eight' and AC still not working. CPE says earliest appointment is several more days. There seems to be no way to accelerate getting repair person to fix problem (we've exhausted possibilities)....and it's getting very hot in house... read more

I've been paying for service plus for 25 years, but no longer sure why... Called a week ago to schedule a service for my dryer. We set the appointment for Sunday between 8-12. 12:30 rolls around, and no word/no show, so I call. Turns out they rescheduled my appointment for the next day and didn't bother telling me. No one in the house will be available the entire week, but they didn't bother asking to confirm. Were they thinking they could just show up the following day, then what would they do when no one's home? I wouldn't put it past them to fine me for a missed appointment. Wasting my day, they have 'escalated' and in waiting to hear back from them. Mean while, no clean laundry, and no timeframe for fix. Asked to speak to a supervisor...they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours. This is ridiculous! read more

Bad service and customer service representatives. Waited for over 12 hours ln multiple days to get my AC repaired and washer (previously). However, they failed to show up on 3 different occasions without any updates or calls. They then rescheduled a service time for a time which doesn't work for my schedule. It is over 85° in the house and I have medical issues. I asked the representative for compensation for a hotel room. He said they do not do that. I explained that it's not safe due to the high heat within the house. He offered zero remorse or healthy solutions for their lack of incompetence and shotty work ethic. I asked to speak to a manager, he then hung up on me. Worst service around. read more

Once again Home Service Plus has failed in providing service that I pay for month over month. Two months ago, I scheduled the Spring Maintenance service for today. When the tech showed up, he informed me that he could not perform the services because we have a boiler and not a forced air furnace. Apparently it was my fault for not informing them of this, even though they've done service on our boiler in the past. I was given an alternative date which would not work in my schedule so I called Customer Service and was told I'd have to wait until July. I will be canceling my HSP contracts as soon as I'm able, fortunately my renewal comes up in June. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. read more

Worst Experience Ever! We have paid for their total replacement plan for "YEARS" now, only to finally utilize an AC replacement. We had at least 4 visits the past year for service, always able to prolong the life by recharging. At the end of last summer, we had one particular rep, Tou, who was very friendly and helpful condemn the unit, as the leak had gotten worse. With summer finished and unit still working (albeit internal leak) we were in contact with a Centerpoint Sales Rep (Brian) who said customers normally only have 90 days from unit being condemned to complete work, however he said he was able to UPDATE deadline to another 90 days later (we have paper copy of original quote and extended quote with new 90 day deadline), which made sense to us since the AC still worked and resulted in NO Risk like a leaking Furnace. Plus, with Brian's quote being around 8-10k, we needed to start saving money for this work! Fast forward to this summer, 2023, as AC isn't applicable during winter. The first service call we made this summer, Jason was the tech's name, had to put in 2 lbs of freon, $220 per pound, so $440 total. This charge didn't last long (month or so), so we decided to finally get it replaced utilizing Centerpoint replacement reimbursement (service we have been paying monthly for YEARS). This is when things took a NASTY turn!! We ended up speaking to the replacement plan manager, Deb, who was VERY CLEAR, we would no longer qualify for the reimbursement despite paying for the plan for YEARS. She said the sales rep, Brian, wasn't authorized to change/update the 90 day window to have work/replacement done. She even said our last service call, tech Jason, should've never been able to service the AC unit because it had been condemned the previous summer. We are now out the hundreds of dollars per reimbursement to replace the unit, out the $440 per last service appt from Brian just months ago for 2 lbs of freon (as that service call shouldn't have been accepted by Centerpoint). We even shared how the sales rep said it wouldn't be a problem to extend the deadline, as who has $8-10k available (on hand) for an AC replacement in this economy? How can you not have ANY flexibility on this supposed 90 day window, despite other Centerpoint sales reps promising us otherwise? Is it unreasonable for people to SAVE each month to generate $8k or so for this kind of work? 90 days isn't a lot of time for someone living paycheck to paycheck, which is why repair and replacement plans exist, as you're preparing as a safeguard incase someone EXPENSIVE happens. This experience has been awful, unethical, and unprofessional. We certainly voiced our concerns to Deb, the RAP plan manager, including that we will be canceling immediately, as we have been prepaying for this service for years, and now that we finally want to utilize a bigger unit replacement like the AC or Furnace, are met with a bunch of BS. I will be eagerly sharing these experiences everywhere I can! It's simply not ethical to deny customers an option when your own company had previously MISLED them, took hundreds and hundreds of dollars in repairs on the same unit, accepted service calls AFTER being condemned, etc. BTW, we have ALL dates/times/names of everything that transpired over this past year, which will be shared as applicable. We ended up having to get the unit replaced by a private party, someone who worked as a Centerpoint Service Tech for nearly a decade, and they confirmed all bad the business has become with treating customers and their own staff. Please reachout for documentation PROOF or whatever else, as this isn't something we will let slide, based on principle and ethics alone. Stay far away! read more

If you want a contractor that has a lack of communication and customer support look no further. CenterPoint Energy HSP is uniquely qualified to disappoint on a level which has not seen the light of days since the Old Testament. My interaction with the HSP sales process and management team has been nothing short of a disaster. They over promise and under-deliver. The knowledge of the employees is sub par at best. I do like the snideness of the sales personnel, they are funny :) Management will treat your situation like they care but in reality they are laughing and disrespecting the customer once they get off the phone with you. Waited 2 weeks to have them come out too look at dishwasher . They had to order parts which is fine just sucks not having a dishwasher. Got the parts and called for 2nd appointment. Well when they said they were going to be there which was 8 to 4 they called at 2 said got changed too 8 to 6 then 30 min later called again and said it's canceled and rescheduled too the next day with same time window. What's the point of scheduling something if it can just be canceled and rescheduled with no explanation . When you do talk to a manager they basically say it's your fault. My furnace went out this week in sub zero temperatures. It took them 2 solid days to get out and fix it. My house was 46 degrees for 2 days! Day after it got fixed I of course had a pipe burst in my basement. Thousands of dollars of damage. Massive headache and expense. Wish so much I didn't trust them to help me when they left me hanging like that!!!! My real rating is in the negatives just like the temperature when they didn't fix my furnace!!!! read more

Wow, I have NOT had the experiences of the other reviewers. I've been a customer of the HSP plan for 14 years and every single year I have gotten my money's worth. My dryer alone has had half a dozen visits to keep it running and my washer, oven, range, air conditioner, and now refrigerator have all benefited from service. Was it frustrating during a heat wave in June when my AC went out and scheduling was tough? Yes. Was it worse that a blower motor for my furnace was needed and it took two more weeks to get the part to fix it? YES. Even though we spent three weeks hot, without AC, during an unusually humid MN heatwave of 100 every day, I was pleased the tech ID'd the issue because it would have been *much* worse for my furnace blower motor to die mid-January at 20 below zero. Being hot in summer was inconvenient; freezing pipes in January would have been a disaster. Today Jason came to fix my refrigerator because the waterline to my ice maker was spraying water into my fridge. He took everything apart, cleaned and replaced parts that weren't working correctly, and solved my problem. He was friendly, professional, and we chatted about Game of Thrones while he worked. Always happy to meet another nerd. :) I am very pleased with HSP. My appliances are all approaching 20 years old, so I have enrolled in their replacement assistance plan as well. ** Update. The repair revealed another problem as water began leaking into the ice maker in my freezer. I called the next day. Jason came back out, took the ice maker apart, called and found a replacement, installed it 20 minutes later, and then called back a few days later to make sure it was working (it is). Very unhappy about how they set up their times! We needed to have furnace looked at, nothing pressing, and they told us that someone would come out on Saturday, Feb. 5th, between the hours of 8a.m. and 4p.m., an 8 hour window! Well, needless to say, my husband had to stick close to the house, for when they show up, if they show up! Well, needless to say, after sitting home all day, he received a call at 3:10p.m., saying they wouldn't be able to make it today, but will be out tomorrow, the 6th, between those same hours! REALLY??? They didnt even ask if that would work for us, just scheduled it! They didn't even give an explanation as to why they they couldn't make it. I know COVID has affected companies in many ways, but at least teach your employees to have some customer service! I expect more than that from a company like CenterPoint Energy. read more

Their customer services is terrible. Every time you call there is a lengthy automated line and it is extremely difficult to get a person on the phone. When you do finally talk to a person, you have to repeat yourself constantly because they don't listen, and then they tell you they can't help you with the most basic things. Their technicians are constantly unprofessional. Half of them refuse to do the job they were assigned to come out for, and one of them just came and bit my wife's head off verbally because he had to order a part. I have 2 homes covered by Centerpoint. Set up an appointment and I had to wait a week for a date. Day comes and they say they'll be out in half an hour. Two hours later, no show. Call the service line three times and find out that some other customer called reporting a gas leak. So they divert the technician but don't notify me. Fact is, I don't even believe them at this point. The tech only had my home left on his schedule for the rest of the day. What they probably did is gave him a share of some other tech's work load. Anyway, they do the utmost to burn up your time waiting on them. I'm am cancelling Home Service Plus on both my homes. The money I spend per year, I could put toward a new appliance. Yes, I can replace a new appliance every year instead of getting nothing for my money. And I can sell my used one which would be in pretty darn good shape. Centerpoint tries to pass Home Service Plus as some kind of insurance. It is known, there've been articles written, that these service plans are a huge profit makers for companies. Best Buy got rich on such plans. These companies take money and toss you a bone once in a while. I'm done. I can call Centerpoint for service without paying the monthy "protection" money. read more

7/27/21: I notice we no longer have hot water coming out of our spout. I assess the hot water heater and realize the pilot light is no longer working. I successfully light it back on but realize it doesn't stay on so I make a call to HSP. Next appointment is 7/29/21 with this call being listed as "priority" since it is a hot water issue. 48 hrs to wait is reasonable. 7/29/21: Service tech comes out, replaces the pilot light. Great. He leaves, we have hot water for a few hours and again, no longer works. I was able to light the pilot and we did have hot water for a few hours to sustain us until the next available appointment (which wasn't scheduled until 8/4/21, 6 days of waiting). I ask if we can be placed again as priority since this is a hot water issue and hey, gotta maintain basic hygiene. The phone rep states they can push it up for their manager for approval to expedite our situation since a) this is the second call for the same issue, b) it's a hot water situation, and c) I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant so it could be classified as a "medical exemption". We were told to wait 24-48 hrs for approval and call back daily for a status update. 7/30/21: My husband calls for a status update. The service rep on the phone informed him it was submitted for approval and waiting on a manager. 8/4/21: ..we wait 5 more days. Nothing happened until the original scheduled date of 8/4/21. Tech came out, "fixed the issue" and mentioned something about a valve needing to be replaced. The same night, a few hours later, we discovered AGAIN no hot water and this time I can't get the pilot light to even light. I make a call to HSP immediately, next available is 8/7/21. We again asked for a medical exemption since I'm STILL 35 weeks pregnant. 8/5/21: I'm hospitalized into L&D for observation due to some complications with the pregnancy. But hey, I at least got my hot shower! 8/6/21: I'm discharged to home. When I got home I called HSP and the service rep stated a) the "medical exemption from 8/4 was still pending manager approval and may have NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED". Given our actually scheduled appointment was the next day (8/7/21), at this point there was really no point to expediting the service call since a) it was late afternoon and b)our appointment was the very next day. She did state she would comment on our appointment that we should be priority since hey, basic hygiene. 8/7/21: We called a couple of times to verify our appointment status and the last service rep we spoke to said our tech was at a "range repair call" and would come to our home immediately after. I was extremely confused as to why a range call was higher priority than a hot water heater? The tech showed up, stated it was a valve issue and would order the part ASAP. Great, but it's a Saturday so when will it show up? And what kind of rigamarole will we deal with to get a tech to come out to repair it? He also stated something I found interesting: hot water heater calls are absolute priority and we should either be a) same day call or b) next day call. This was our suspicion all along and yet our conversations with the service reps reflected otherwise. Here are my issues: A) I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been able to shower maybe 4 times over 9 days by basically grinning and bearing those super cold showers. B) I have a toddler that I would like to bathe in warm water at some point. C) why is it every time we call the service line we get different answers? D) Why isn't a hot water issue prioritized accordingly? I.e. today, why were all the other calls on the schedule (like a range fix) for today more important than a livability situation? E) I'd like to bring home my newborn, will I have hot water at that point? I'm scheduled for an induction in five days at this point, I have ZERO trust with HSP and have zero faith they'll actually resolve this issue for us. read more

I am a very long time Service Plus customer who has been sitting in my UN-AIR-CONDITIONED home for 5 days waiting for Service Plus to complete the repair on my air conditioner. The technician's inability to remove the fan blade from my old air conditioner fan motor has resulted in a 5 day wait for Service Plus to repair my air conditioner. While here last Thursday the repair technician called in the part order and reported to me that the part was in fact already in town and should be delivered the next day, last Friday. The repairman told us there was currently no service backlog and he should be able to stop by and finish the repair on Friday. No part came Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and finally on Monday not one, but two identical parts came by courier. We immediately called to schedule the completion of our service call and we told there was now a backlog and the technician would not be able to come until today. It is now 5 pm of the 5th day without air conditioning, it is just under 100 degrees outside and almost 90 degrees inside my home, and although all the parts necessary for the repair are sitting here, and have been since yesterday, there is no word from a Service Plus technician. In talking to the customer service representative, they are apparently not able to give me any idea of the technicians estimated time of arrival, nor are they able to contact the service technician or prioritize service calls in any way. I know this is untrue because my service technician told me Thursday, he could be called away for a gas leak at any time. Per the representative, "everything is an emergency". When I asked if that was the case, why would I have Service Plus for all these years? Her reply was "because it doesn't cost you anything". Was has happened to Home "Service" Plus?? I have been a customer of Home service plus for over 25 years. They had been the best. Recent ly, not so much. My dishwasher Stopped draining two weeks ago. I went on the website and discovered the first opening for service was in two weeks. I booked it. This morning I received a generated call stating that due to circumstances beyond their control, I was being rescheduled till Tuesday morning. I had an issue with my hot water heater and sump pump. I received a quote from one company, which seemed to be very high. I then called David Venancio at Centerpoint Energy on a Sunday afternoon and he came right over, provided a quote and time line which was the following day. The quote was much lower, fair and the service exceeded all my expectations. Dave was by far the best part of my experience. He put me at ease and didn't try to oversell me. When I called all I got was "you're scheduled but we can't tell you when" I understand emergencies and being late but no communication or notification is ridiculous this day in age. An email or a text can be automated. I've paid for this service for years and never used it. Horrible first impression and feels like I've wasted money. **update*** updated to 3 star. The guy made it around 4 and he knows how to fix this issue. He may or may not have the part. I really wish there was a good notification system- though ***update**** the technician broke my dishwasher. It only had intermittent issues prior to them coming out. They came and broke my fridge further than it was before the technician (Matt) assured me that they would have to replace it themselves as it was their doing if it couldnt be fixed. Set up appointment to fix my dryer and get a fireplace tune up on September 13. The first available appointment was September 18th between 1 and 5. Get off work early on the 18th, no one shows by 5pm so I call them. they tell me: "Our techs were too busy so we rescheduled you to Thursday the 20th of September between 1 and 5." Not happy about this, but it gets even better.... You would think that the previous days appointments would be taken care of first... They don't show up on the 20th. Now I'm more than irate. Customer service is about worthless. All they gave me for missing work and not showing up in an eight hour window was 3 months free service plus. Beyond frustrated. Wait two weeks for service on a refrigerator leaking water only to have appointment canceled 10 minutes after I waited for them during their 8 HOUR service window. One week later when HSP rescheduled appointment for I called to confirm tech WOULD BE OUT. Was assured tech would be out that day. Guess what! 15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVICE WINDIW ENDED received email stating appointment was cancelled. Okay now I gave nit gad a fridge for three weeks. Four days later tech does arrive. Chatting about struggle getting service and various reasons I was given. Tech stated "I don't work on gas emergencies; totally lied to you. I never had your address on my work orders and I am the only technician who works on this particular model". Way to go HSP Supervisors; lie to customers because your company can't handle scheduling. Now I need service on stove, three week wait! What are we paying for!!! Have had service for 20 years and never had troubles until two years ago. Wonder what changed . 6 kids and no stove for at least three weeks; probably a month since they always have to "order parts". Thanks HSP, not having a fridge for 6 weeks was a "B" can hardly wait to experience not having stove. Folks considering HSP; DON'T!!! read more

Service window was set @ 8:00AM - 13:00PM. * As obligated, we have paid $73.90 for both March & April. * Service tech was a 'No call, No show' on 05.02.2022. * Concerned, we called in @ approx. 14:47PM. We were assured service tech was inbound. * @ 15:20PM, we received email informing us that we had been unceremoniously rescheduled for 06.15.2022. * @ 18:00PM, we registered our disgust with CenterPoint rep Kolaiah, and requested escalation. * @ 18:21PM, Kolaiah passed us on to HSP rep Shemika, who promised to forward our complaint. * @ 7:05AM on 05.03.2022, we spoke to Adrian U., and again requested management response. * It is 05.09.2022 now. No word from CenterPoint or HSP. Not an apology for such shabby treatment of long-term customers. * HSP & CenterPoint Energy have breached our agreement. * We will NOT continue to fund such disrespectful disdain. * We fully intend to recoup our $147.80 paid in thus far. read more

Well complaints continue to mount about Home Service Plus their customers don't like to wait a long time to get their appliances fixed, and don't like it when they wait for the service guy to show up and cancels the appointment at the last minute. When you look at all of the complaints online you would think that CenterPoint needs to make some changes, considering that would make their customers happier but so far that hasn't happened after several years. Recently they have used Covid 19 as the excuse for poor service, they need to realize that this has been going on well before Covid When you see this happening, it begs for regulation. They need to take a serious look at there level of service and improve it waiting 2-3 weeks to get service is to long, they seem to have a staffing and scheduling problem that needs to be fixed. Maybe they should ask there customers what they want? read more

When I signed up for Home Service Plus, I was confident I had made a good decision. Unfortunately, my first and last experience proved me wrong. Here is my experience. 1) When I notified HSP, online, that my furnace had stopped working and it was 44 degrees in my home, an automated reply told me I could schedule an appointment in 2 days. The "guarantee" was a technician would arrive between 8 a.m and 11pm. (Do you know of another service provider who requires a 15 hr. wait time?) 2) I rescheduled my day and waited. At 5 pm I received another automated call telling me the technician would be at my home. I reached a "live" operator telling her I was 10 minutes from my home. She told me, "no problem" he will be at my home in 30 minutes. 3) 1 1/2 hours later, no technician has arrived. 4) Again, I found a "live" operator who told me he was "rerouted" due to a gas leak. I get that a leak is a priority, but are you so understaffed that you cannot let a customer know your technician would be delayed and why do you have the same technicians going out on gas leaks. You would think a 15 hr window would give you the capability of making an appointment unless you are so understaffed you should not be in business. read more

It took Centetpoint 3 weeks to get a timer for our dryer. I personally called the Speed Queen manufacturer and was told the part was in stock and could be shipped overnight. Centerpoint indicated they needed to order the part in order for it to be covered. Yup... 3 weeks. When the part arrived, I called to set up the appointment for the install. I was told to expect them from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on the day scheduled but the technician never showed up. Now it is rescheduled from 8 to 4 for another day. This is really poor service. This mess follows my call for a furnace repair. It took them 8 days to come out for a diagnosis. This is not even reasonable. BEWARE!!! I think they have accepted too many customers in their service plus program and cannot keep up. read more

This is now borderline scam. Appointments take forever and they never seem to have the part. We called about our AC not working, waited days for someone to come and tell us they don't have the part. They ordered it and it took another or two for it to come. Had to call again to schedule another appointment. Luckily we got the same tech the next day. Fast forward a week, then the blower goes out. We call again and are scheduled 4 days out. Tech comes, doesn't have the part, orders it and comes back two days later to install. Fast forward few days, we have the same symptoms we did the first time. Call again and wait days to have tech come with a 12 hour window. WTF read more

I have been paying for HSP for 15 months at around $40/month, just made my first service call for my water heater and have been jacked around with making an appointment. Was given an appointment for same day that I scheduled, then rescheduled due to they don't make same day appointments "in my area" on Mondays. Rescheduled to Tuesday, was given window of 8am to 8pm. Advised the person the phone (won't call them customer service, because that is not accurate) that I have to work my 2 part time job at 4pm so need the tech here by 3pm. They set the appointment for 8am to 4pm. So 4pm comes around, no tech. Call, they extend the appointment out to 8pm. Now I have to call into work, missed more than $150 in wages for the day. At 7:45 get an e-mail stating now it's been extended to 9pm, then 20 minutes later another e-mail rescheduling for a week later - this would have made it 9 days with out hot water! Called, they can't schedule for Wednesday due to another "in my area" issue, so scheduled for Thursday (tomorrow) again with a window of 8am to 8pm. Well, I have to work again tomorrow at 4pm, can't miss work again. So if they can't do it by 3pm tomorrow, will have to reschedule again. Supposed to have a dental appointment Friday (that I have waited 3 months for!) if they can schedule "in my area" on that date, will have to cancel the dental appointment and reschedule that out another 3 months. Also have other errands to run on Friday. There is no recourse for me, no way to lodge a complaint. No mediation. I asked for a manager and was told they will have to schedule a call and it could take 48 hours. Haven't heard anything so far and guessing I probably will never hear from anyone in management. Between what I have paid them so far for HSP and my lost wages I am out $750 - for that price I could have gotten another company here by now to fix it. Would rate 0 stars if given option. Washing machine quit working 9/27. Got an error message all Sunday. When I called Monday, earliest they could schedule was October 5th, a week out. So original window was supposed to be 8am-noon. After no one showing up or calling, I called at 1:38 and was told they were running behind and my appointment had been pushed back to expect him by 5pm (no one called to tell me this either - I had to call to see what was happening). So he calls that he's on his way 13 minutes before 5pm, show up a bit after. Goes in, has to do research on the error code and replaces a part. Next day - not working again. But they can't get someone out until the 13th. NOT HAPPY. So several years with a service plan but NOT a working washing machine for 2 weeks! read more

The people are HORRIBLE!! Since taking over to Total Home Plus (Which we loved and had zero issue with) customer service has TANKED! I've had an open claim with them since JUNE. I called to cancel service and they REFUSE to cancel our service. Since they took over I have had to call more than 1 time per claim to get any one out to our house. This is the cake with MONTHS. They want to reimburse up to X amount which wouldn't not even cover the service I need!! They are crooked!! Telling me that that they are going by the book and will send me debt letters if I disbute their charges with my bank after telling them I want to cancel immedately as they are SCAMMERS!! More than 4 months ago after I missed two days of work due to CenterPoint's mistakes. They agreed to credit my account $100 to help partially compensate my lost wages. To date I have NOT received that credit. One month ago I called again. They apologized and said they would get the credit on my account. After waiting over four months for the credit, I paid the next bill $100 short. They assured me they would do it this time. They pulled more money from my account than the check written out to them was written out for! I called in today to, again, get this resolved. I was told I need to call Monday thru Friday as that department is not there. I work Monday thru a Friday. Again, koi need to impact my employer so they can do what they said they would do over 4 months ago. How is it that they or anyone can pull more money from your account than the check the customer sends is written for? Watch your bank statements! read more

Not impressed. Tech came at 5:15 pm instead of 2-4 pm window. Diagnosed our gas fireplace issue and said parts would have to be ordered. Said the parts would be deliVered to our home in 2-4 biz days. Called today(over a week later) and was told 4-6 WEEKS wait for parts cUz they have to go thru cuStoms????? So here goes the wait. Fireplace weather will be over before it's fixed. read more
