They gave us a great new roof in just a week from when we called. It took 2 days on site and it also just saved us a lot of money on our home insurance!! They fixed water damage in an upstairs closet and painted the entire closet. Looks great. We also have a small mud porch that we asked for help with. They added insulation and shingles, installed 2 new doors and made this porch a very cool place to hang out in! Their work crew was excellent, and the clean-up was perfect. Collis Ramos came back to inspect the work and to ensure all cleanup was done. They worked with our insurance company and followed up as needed. This was a fairly large job, and the cost was reasonable and fair. Overall, we are super pleased with Ramos Roofing and highly recommend their services. JoAnn S.

Premier Exteriors did top quality work, along with superior communication/customer service. Mitch and Taylor (and Jim as well) went above and beyond with their ability to communicate when products would be delivered and the jobs were scheduled to begin and end. Premier used quality workers (siding we had Tony and his brother, and the gutter guy, I didn't even get his name because he completed the entire house while I was at work!). I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Premier had a garage door repairman out the following day to have it fixed. Again, I highly recommend this local business. I will use them again if needed.

You know that voice in your head that asks, "Why are you contacting a facebook ad for home repair?"…read more You tell yourself that surely they are insured. Certainly they must do good work. You see only a couple of reviews and roll the dice on a free estimate. It's fair. I mean like REALLY fair. The "other" guys with the wrapped vans and well known logos have given you estimates nearly double what Pastor Roofing gave me. So I roll the dice. I'll be honest, the communication wasn't great...but who needs constant contact anyway-that's just annoying. And I didn't get a written estimate...just a verbal one. (Again, that voice that says, "Umm, is this really ok?"). The day before they are schedule to show up I get a final notice for the labor. I am told that I will reimburse the cost of supplies and they will show me a receipt. All seems fair. Let me tell you...they are worth every penny they charge. The siding was done perfectly. the fascia they replaced was done perfectly...weird angles and all. Plus they found frame rot and repaired that for only an additional $150. Top notch workmanship!!! Excellence all around. We will be hiring them before Winter to replace some windows as well! (And the nextdoor neighbor had hired them for their siding repairs too!) I can't thank them enough for a job well done!!!!

Drove 100 miles to the company and talked face to face to them and was promised that they will fix my roof. Months and months went by and still nothing. Hired a lawyer to try to get something done. After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest.
