Ive been planning to refloor my entire house and staircases, as well as get a new fireplace and custom built ins with them. However I've had so much trouble getting my countertops I don't feel comfortable trusting them with the larger jobs in my home. Delays happen which is totally understandable however they wouldn't communicate delays until I reached out to them. Also gave me install days twice and never showed Until I chased them up. The quality is great but I only recommend dealing with them if you have a lot of time on your hands to make sure things get done.

Not a good experience. I was shopping around for kitchens and custom cabinets for my newly…read morerenovated down to the studs kitchen in my small downtown home. I went to Crown Cabinets and Fireplaces because it's seemed to have nothing but good reviews on Facebook. I now know why. I went in and they were friendly. I gave them the measurements I had and they said they would get back to me. (Like every other place I had been that day). Within 2-3 days I had at least a quote from each place I had visited, except Crown. I waited a week and phoned. They were very disinterested and told me to call back. I did and then was told they would get a hold of me. A few weeks went by and the shopping around was coming to an end, I went back in and explained the situation. I was told that my kitchen wasn't big enough to be worth their while and I should go somewhere else. I have tried to rate it on Facebook but they have that disabled, so I commented on a picture and they have deleted it twice and blocked me from commenting. I wasn't rude or vulgar, just stating what happened. Bad experience and only want "big money" jobs.
