I've heard by many to go for their amazing aromas. We went, and parking is honestly annoying, it's very small and cramped. Once inside you are impacted by the current scent they have in the ambiance. They have a small cart with snacks and drinks available while you wait. They have multiple employees assisting, and a small waiting area for you to sit. The lady who assisted us didn't seem accommodating. She honestly seemed irritated. Clearly not by us as we just walked towards her. She never offered any suggestions nor offered any promotions they might have available. Luckily, thanks to a friend we knew which scents we were seeking to purchase. Four stars for their scents, but for customer service, I think they deserve a 2 or 3 star at most. Hopefully we'll receive better service during our next :/ read more

Everything it's ok with the products , Problem with the long wait , even Sundays afternoon My recommendation it's to have an express line for those customers that we know what we want to order or online pick up orders The staff super friendly and very polite , Great service read more

Home Luxury Scent - Inside - Perfume Near Me - Doral, Florida

Great selection of home air freshener scents, but the waiting can be a bit long because they have a great customer base. The waiting area is ample, clean and comfortable, with relaxing couches while you wait. The automatic scent dispensers are amazing and affordable. I definitely recommend getting at least one for your home, along with 3 or 4 different scents. read more

The product is great, but the customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with. I have called multiple times and left messages, sent a message via instagram and no one calls back! Buy and figure it out at your own risk, DONT EXPECT ANYONE TO CARE ONCE YOU BUY FROM THEM!!!! read more

Home Luxury Scent - More money I spent with no one answering call - Perfume Near Me - Doral, Florida

This company is a scam scheme. They lock you in a contract getting your bank info and charging you every month even if you don't need the product, even if you change your bank info. Idk how they can act illegally and do that. I did not sign any contract. They never answer your call read more

Home Luxury has a nice variety of scents and they are ready for the holidays. I have purchased the large and medium units and they both work well. I don't buy candles anymore thanks to them. read more

SCAM company. They will take your money and never deliver the products. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over to weeks. Daily phone calls and emails, none answered. read more

I have been a customer for almost 10 months. The product is excellent. Customer service was great when the store opened. I visited the store at Doral yesterday 5/14/25 at 1:30pm. I was the only in the store. The attendant did not say hello, or at least look at me to acknowledge that a person was there. She was on the phone texting for almost 5 minutes until, I knock on the storage door to get another salesperson. Salespersons are selected to be beautiful in that store but no education or sense of respect. read more

Amazing same day service and excellent products. I definitely recommend and will continue to purchase

execelente calidad y precio , olor de alta calidad y las chicas muy amable en especial camila

The diffusers are poor quality. They come with a one-year warranty, but conveniently tend to stop working just after that period ends. The company doesn't offer repairs--just encourages you to buy a new one. While the oils smell amazing, I recommend purchasing your diffuser elsewhere. read more

Wow!!! I came into work today not expecting to spend any money but my co worker was hyping up this brand so much and how she was so excited we moved so close to it! I live in a very small efficiency apartment. (BUT I STILL LIKE IT TO SMELL GOOD) after all this craze from her , I just gave in and went on their site! They had a bundle today where I was able to get the HLS 450 dispenser with 5 fragrances for only $79 !!! Considering their prices , this was 92% off. I can see their other comments regarding their warranty and so I can't speak to them, because I did just receive my package ( yes I ordered online) but I can say I ordered today at 11am and the package was at my home by the time I got off work at 6pm. Amazon has got some competition. I did get to plug it in, It was quite simple. My co worker told me her favorite smell was Paris so that's the one I tried first, I can't say I'm in love with the scent but it's definitely strong! I'm loving it! Will update if this thing gives out! lol I'm very happy so far! read more

Great service and great pricing too. There was a bit of a wait time due to being close to Mother's Day but I was quickly taken care of. I was in and out in less than 30 min. I was very happy with my purchase and will be back soon. read more

So I received a gift from my sister and law and brother for Christmas maybe a year or two ago...I finally opened it and it worked great for the first bottle. Then it stopped working, so I contacted them on how to fix it. They wanted a video and a serial number...and I sent them what they asked for and all the receipts from my sister and law to show what loyal customers they had. I have been in a conversation with them for three days straight back and forth trying to have someone help me with this diffuser, I was not even asking for a new one. They only offered me to buy one with their current sale going on because they can't find the "warranty". I told them they were going to lose business and told everyone that shops with them to stop going to them. I started telling people on their Instagram how their product doesn't even work...and they BLOCKED me! Lol. Oh well, can't delete Yelp reviews. Good luck with your business. read more

If I could it's a complete zero stars. I spent 300 plus a few week ago and as well calling their store and checking their website for their sales. Regardless if you order online or in store it's always a different reason. Today they have a flash sale that started Monday I wanted to purchase another three along with 3 of their scent. Malaga is my to go scent and just like. Few weeks ago along the month of May and June they "didn't have any or low inventory yet managed to sell me the scent at $30 instead of the sale or their flash sale. After seeing other reviews it feels it's a waste of money and hype on their products. Their sales team are wonderful but their sale tactics sucks when it comes to certain products. read more

NO ES NEGOCIOy no les doy NINGUNA ESTRELLA NO LA MERECEN. read more

I do not recommend buying here, the diffusers are very expensive. Mine stopped working and when I called they told me that if it's a year old I'll lose the warranty. That's how long the diffusers apparently last and obviously I lost my money. Cero Star. read more

Very disappointed with the service, I went there today to try to fix my diffuser because they are not working and since the one year warranty expired they can't do anything to help me!! I am not buying them again now I have to eat my refills !!! read more
