The manager Lawerence / Owner started off solid. However, as time went by his communication / returning calls regarding our family concerns and issues we had were less than desirable. In addition, the lack of upfront communication on what we would be paying was also less and desirable and borderline an integrity issue. We were charged for five months of mileage that wasn't discussed during the initial enrollment not to mention we have a five month unknown charged dumped on us at one time. If it is part of the program we should of known in the beginning and charged weekly and not a five month charge. We also was charged for overtime pay for our caretaker who only worked twelve hours for us in a week like she did in her tenture with us. Currently, I have been getting the run around for almost two months regarding and reimbursements to me for more than $1,700 that i haven't received as of today. Lawerence refused to give me his superior name and number telling me he is the owner. '' DO NOT USE the Milwaukee location where Lawerence is the manager / " owner."

They were having issues with their DocuSign through email and so one of the employees drove to my house so that I could sign the paperwork. The coverage provided was well educated on helping my dad walk with the gait belt and walker, dad transfer from sitting to standing, attending to basic needs of nature, light house cleaning, and companionship.
