That advice was totally wrong. They are just as bad as Rotech. My wife took a day off for them to come and pickup oxygen equipment from my residence. No show no call!! We didn't hear from a driver until after 8 pm on the day they were supposed to pickup. Said they were short a driver. Why didn't they call and advise us no one was coming so she could have gone about her day without hanging around waiting on the driver??!! The only reason we heard from the driver was my wife called the after hours number and complained. The gal on the phone said we were never scheduled. If we were never scheduled why did we get an automated call the day before reminding us of the pickup. What a crap company!! Someone needs to pull their head out!!

Tim was late, 20 minutes, did not call me to let me know, only to find a text message from him after our visit. First thing Tim did was start taking pictures, which was okay I guess but I'm in need of manipulation for my neck, not hearing clicking from him taking pictures. I'm thinking, wait a minute. This is my third visit now with only a half hour for service. What was supposed to be physical therapy. Was only upset on my part, my patience was done. Tim said that I have a half hour left. I sent Tim away. There was no way that I could relax with my state of mind at that moment. I cancelled my fourth and last visit, that visit would have been for discharge, more paperwork with no more physical therapy. Conclusion: one month of in-house physical therapy once a week, only to have one hour of hands on massage. Enhabit Home Health needs to do their paperwork on their time not mine. Period!!
