The service Richard provided day #1, was outstanding! My mother was treated with tender care in her delicate capacity. The entire experience with both drivers and their professionalism was seamless as they assisted in an already stressful medical situation. Thank you Richard & Tracy. 5+ stars well deserved.

I was searching for a Rehab Hospital for my husband to be transferred to after being in a long-term…read morehospital for some time. This review is not for the facility itself, doctors or nurses because I declined transferring him there. After talking to the patient advocate, I was told I could go at any time to research and view the facility to help me make a choice. I stopped by one morning and was met with confusion by the person at the desk because I did not have an "appointment". When I informed her of what I had been told, the confusion got worse. Finally, I was told to come back because everyone who could assist me was in a meeting. When I talked to the advocate, she apologized and set up for me to meet her boss and he would give me a tour. He did, in the most cold and disinterested way possible. I decided my husband would not be in their hospital for any reason. I was thinking it would be better because of Baylor Scott & White having such a good reputation, but not at this facility!

She has prescribed me two prescriptions. I had to call several times just to get her to send the first one in to the pharmacy. The second prescription was called in, but I tried several times to call her office, left phone message, and spoke to her staff twice, both times assuring me she would call me back, and still no call. The office staff was very rude, as if I'm in the wrong for trying to get a resolution with my prescription. It's not like I'm calling everyday, which should be fine if they aren't doing their job at taking care of patients.
