I do not work for the company, but know the HR coordinator personally, and know for a fact, that HR does not deal with clients or clients family members directly, so there is no way this woman would have any idea what kind of person she is, unless she is or was an employee. And by the way, the comments made about her are completely false. She is a very nice person, and is probably talking bad about everyone because she got fired. I can't speak to the comments of the others in the review, but have heard a lot of positive input from others in the community about this company. People need to grow up and accept responsibility for their own actions. The review has been reported as fake and will hopefully be removed by yelp after they review it.

At home caregivers have to travel a lot to get to their clients, thats a given. This issue which I brought up several times, especially with the raising gas prices. They refuse to either up pay a bit or reimburse more then a dollar for gas during the bi-weekly pay. Excuse is that it would have to come out of the clients pockets and clients insurance won't cover that. That's fine and all but it's hard to really make much if youre having to travel to all over, including bainbridge. On top of that the scheduler expected us to do her job for her. Then when COVID hit and we were supposed to be getting hazard pay, which no one got, some of us just brought it up and they just smiled and change the topic. Long story short, the Scheduler and care coordinator are terrible. the rest of the staff is nice. They should also stop complaining about the high turnover since it's there fault. No one wants to work with a company that treats them bad and won't even do the basics that the other care companies are giving their employees. Oh, one other thing, there was a day when three caregivers quit back to back and when the scheduler was trying to find people to fill those hours she was taking it out on us. They then told me I could ship it to a company to have it fixed at my expense ($225). My insurance paid for the machine. I told them that my machine was still under warranty. They said no it isn't. Ok... the warranty issue kept coming up. Anyway, they told me I had to wait six months due to supply chain issues. I talked with a respiratory therapist, she agreed that it was malfunctioning. Again, with the warranty business. So I waited the six months and nothing. Once again with the respiratory therapist. After a discussion, and on my part frustration, she hung up on me. These people continued to talk in circles and were unwilling to help in any way. Meanwhile my health was paying the price. We contacted our Health Provider customer service. She put us on the phone with Apria. After a long discussion and Apria finally admitting that the warranty hadn't expired, Apria said that I would have to wait another month. My customer service rep said that, "That's unacceptable." Apria then said that they would deliver the machine. Well that didn't happen. I ended up having to pick it up myself. A nice 57 mile drive. Nice huh?? Yeah so much for great customer service by Apria. Apria could care less about a persons health or well being. They are rude, talk in circles, don't accept responsibility, and the individual that is their "Respiratory Therapist" is absolutely horrible. If I could use another company I would. I let it be known to my Provider that Apria shouldn't be used at all. They are terrible.

His old machine broke so we had to get it replaced and Apria was the one handling his account (he's in the Navy, so it comes at no charge to him!) - since his job schedule was very busy, I was the one picking up the machine for him. Kitsap Physical Therapy in East Bremerton helped me with a work related injury involving my left…read moreelbow. I had torn ligaments in it that required surgery for which I had replaced with donor tissue in July 2025. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor that made the process to relearn the use of my elbow calm and comfortable. I recently completed my time in their clinic this October with their seal of approval lol. I am now on my way to the next phase of my recovery on getting used to lifting weighted things on my own with current work limitations in place (until possibly December 2025 or later depending on my doctors approval). I can pretty much bend elbow normally as of Oct. 2025 so that's a goal met, and I can pick light weight things up without any major discomfort, but like with anything, it will take time and patience to continue strengthening my elbow before moving on to heavier, more physically demanding things I was able to do before. I want to thank everyone there who helped me out. You all helped provide that extra positive energy in the healing process. I will miss working with you all. I highly recommend to anyone who needs Physical therapy in their life to seek this place out.
