Mike did a great job of the home inspection. He used drone to inspect the roof which i think is cool and latest technology. Mike gave quick tour of the house with his findings and explanations. His 70-80 pages report is detailed enough with pictures. The report i think can be used as a user guide for the house and acts like a cheat sheet to maintain things in the house.
