My husband I recently purchased a home and needed an inspection done. My realtor recommended 3 different companies. I also looked up some companies of my own. Scott from community home inspectors answered my phone call and was the cheapest out of the 5 I called and also was one of only 2 who could get me in within the week before my deadline. Scott was extremely helpful and professional during our home inspection. We are first time home buyers and he was very patient and informative with us. He walked us through and eased our minds when he explained what was found during the inspection. He also guided us in the right direction to do some additional tests to ensure we were not jeopardizing our health and safety. Not only that, he was extremely quick with getting our report to us. Scott did a phenomenal job with our home inspection. As first time home buyers, we wanted to hire an inspector for our own peace at mind & are grateful for his thorough work because he saved us from making a home purchase with items not disclosed within the listings of the house. His inspection report was detailed and came with photos that validated his reviews. First of all this is the third home inspection I have had for purchasing houses Scott was very thorough with every thing he did he even went out of his way to tell us different things and ways to save money and what to focus on right away instead of just going through and making it a business job. Great experience. This was the second time we used Scott and it was evident why. From the initial phone call to the final radon test report, he responded to our messages in a very timely manner. Throughout the inspection process he was very thorough and willing to discuss the results of his inspection/recommendations no matter how many questions we had.
