The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. The air pressure was terrible in some rooms (hardly getting air) and we were told by Wall to Wall Construction that perhaps we should cap some ducts to force more air into the other rooms. We got another opinion, only to find out that the ducts were installed wrong, there were multiple tears in the duct from the installation, and it was not even to code. Their customer service was done in a way that we could not reach to an agreement to repair the ducts, etc. Because of this, we did not hire Wall to Wall Construction to complete the rest of our projects. We recommend Wall to Wall Construction to stick to what they do well (apparently projects like Kitchen reno). Very disappointed.
