from personal experience first we can start off with mary Williams she was the owner of the company…read moreprior, when it was handed down to sian welch her daughter which isn't knowledgeable like her mother which is an RN & doesn't have a degree in nursing. they both contradict themselves. I've known them for 13yrs. they have poor communication skills & was disrespectful to me. They do things to their convenience.They're always on the defensive and you couldnt please them. There hasnt been one time were they stood up for me or believed me when I had a health risk with a nurse or when someone physically abused me & always stood up for the nurses or caregivers when this has happened, IHSS, child protective services & i got a call from l.a. police department at the time. Issues with nurses I've been in situations where I've almost lost my life several times because a nurse was unexperienced and didn't know what to do. I'm on a ventilator and even then when I was in the right sian was always trying to find a way to blame me & get upset and yell at me when the nurses would wind up leaving. I've been in my situation for 13 yrs. and was mainly taught from sians mother mary. being in her nursing home i learned about infection control & safety precautions. since sian took over the home agency fully she would complain about the scheduling & hearing my complaints about the nurses not being sanitary or when they get me sick or have go to the hospital & I quote something she said "Why do you keep getting sick & going to the hospital all the time, I cant believe it" sometimes I was getting cussed out by these people under her staff who was working for me sometimes as well would be physically abusive sian would stick up for these people & i quote what she said '' its totally normal for someone to cuss at you when they're upset I couldn't believe it. Before this all took place she wanted me to leave where I was staying at the time and I told her I couldn't afford being on my own before she took me under her wing. the foundation she said would help subsidized my rent & so forth but she kept raising my rent, she did this twice when I was living in a private room making it difficult for my necessities & other expenses. She's walked away from several patients that were being watched from new start her home health agency & freedom to live after her and her mother who recruits people in the hospital to come out or a congregate living to lead them under their care. Now sian has tried to get rid of me a couple of times with my staff & partners & care foundation as my witness. she didnt like hearing suggestions...The last days with me being in her home health agency she stopped staffing her nurses to come see and take care of me 7 to 8 12 hour shifts in one week for 2 weeks. I'm on a ventilator and need to be assisted 24 hrs. a day. After that some of my nurses said they would want and be willing to transfer with me because I've been working with some of them for even 5 or 6 years and she was ok with it, but then stopped them from coming after the meeting was over. Her and her mother has had this patient for years, she this last year stole $3,500 because she is the power of attorney for the client & when this client confronted her she simply responded "You dont know how hard this business is." They are manipulative and people need to be aware and share this so she and her mother can stop taking advantage of people or disabled people at that to benefit them and their company. 818 562 0748
