Maybe they know what they're doing with other disaster restoration services, but these guys are…read moreclueless when it comes to mold remediation. We are in the process of buying a home and during our inspection found mold in the attic and crawlspace. The seller did not want to use the mold remediation company we suggested and decided to go with Complete Restoration Services as a cheaper option. CRS came out, did their thing, and claimed the job was done. We had our reinspection and there was still mold everywhere in the attic and crawlspace. We took 5 samples and paid for them to be tested. All 5 came back with extremely high levels of mold only days after the remediation. CRS came back out, did their thing, and told us that now the job was done. Our inspector went back out and there was still mold everywhere. The seller was done with CRS and wanted to have a different company come out to finish the job, but CRS is demanding payment so now they are coming out a THIRD time. We'll see if they actually remediate the mold, but I'm not confident. At this point CRS has single-handedly pushed our closing date back by several weeks. Papers are signed, all other contingencies satisfied, but CRS is simply not capable of remediating mold. They are charging the seller $4,472. Red Truck Disaster Response (a capable and reputable mold remediation contractor) quoted $5,675. The $1,200 saved is not worth it when it comes to your health, skip CRS and go straight to Red Truck.

Communication was excellent, and Joe cheerfully provided referrals for other work that needed to be done post-cleanup. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Outstanding work by outstanding people. I wouldn't have to deal with insurance plus any other issues. I was vulnerable as I was leaving for a vacation in 5 days. My house would be done approx in Nov. Christmas was ruined. They did nothing while I was gone just the drying out to the tune of $24000. The floors were not safe! I put rugs and boards under so it would be even! My house was full of dust. I had to have them bring a special machine over for the weekend! It was miserable as I was very sensitive to the dust! They did not cover or pack. Just carried everything out to my garage. My pictures were put where they could find an empty spot. Everything was piled up! They fired their General Manager . The owner had no idea what was going on at my house. They kept changing the charges and who was going to the restoration. They harassed me , wanting more money and making mistakes .They made it my fault so they could get more money from me . Once they started with the subcontractors! My bedrooms were painted the wrong color. They didn't paint the molding, when they did I bought the paint. They painted my baseboards gray. I don't have gray in those rooms, I couldn't deal with anymore people in and out of house so it was left gray! They painted the one bedr the wrong colors twice. They wanted to charge me $700 . Thanks to Liberty Mutual and their adjuster . I was able to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks . Everything in the house was covered with dust! I did so much cleaning and packing . They treated my belongings like trash. There is so much! I'm 82 yrs old. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I asked them not to call me at one point until Monday as my bro in law had passed . They continued to call. They knew how to push my buttons . I was totally stressed all the time. They were finally proven wrong ! They left me a mess. They told me if I signed the completion paper, they could pay their sub contractors. They promised me that if I saw something wrong they would fix it! Instead they threatened me they would sue me and ruin my credit! They finally finished in June. (8 1/2 months ) I pray no one has to go through what I did. Just be careful ! Do not trust anyone's word!
