Love this furniture store!…read more We visited this store on a weekend road trip. We ended up purchasing a fabulous teak table here & cannot wait to go back & check out the newest inventory. We had to drive home, get a trailer & go back & pick it up. Next visit, I'm taking the trailer, just in case. Highly Recommend.

Because so many people are more than happy to share a bad experience, I try to be the exact opposite. When I receive normal to great service, I share it. If I receive not so great service, I go strait to management and let them know before ever leaving a bad review or even calling corporate. Most things can be resolved with a simple conversation. So, I shall tell you my experience. I drove up in the parking lot and it was dark. Not as lit up as I would like. But then again, I was not back home near Chicago. There had been such low crime in Hattiesburg til I felt no need to hold tight to my purse. :) The parking lot, thank goodness, was free of potholes! That in itself is a great asset. I would not want to drive such an expensive car and go to a place loaded with potholes! I would have to worry about damaging a tire or rim. It was very spacious and clean! Not a ton of buggies(shopping carts) all over the place. Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was the set up. Very nice. Different than mine here at home, but just as clean. I then walked over to the Starbucks for a wonderful cup of Joe. The main reason I actually visited the store. I am a Red Card MasterCard holder, so why not take advantage of the 5% off?! The barista was extremely nice and patient. My husband took his dear time in choosing what he wanted. Which ended up being the same thing as me, just a Frappe. Lol. So... since I had some caffeine to make my brain work I realized we could do a Tiny bit of shopping. Believe me, coming "home" is always nice... but after a few days, even a trip to the store is a nice get-a-way. Ha ha. I ended up trying a few different items since the south has a whole different array of products the mid west does not. And I am delighted to report, they are fabulous! We used the self check out which was a breeze. No problems or issues. The Cartwheel app worked wonderfully and no glitches. The one thing you all could teach my store here is "Hospitality"! I think that comes with the territory though. The people here are nice enough, there's just nothing quite like home. Walking through the store when I couldn't use the map to locate an item the members were more than happy to give a little helping hand. Upon leaving we had an employee to make sure we had found everything we came for and I was happy to say, we did and at a great price and friendly service! Thank you so much for having such a wonderful clean store and awesome staff! You all truly made my trip an excellent one.

The security personnel that is in-store makes customers feel safe from harm. If customers miss scanning items or forget an item that's underneath the cart, they allow you to pay for the items, as you very much planned to do all along. It is very important to good customers to be able to pay and not to be falsely accused of stealing, if any items are missed during checkout. They do have friendly and helpful employees, but only sometimes, it's hard to find them on the floor. If the local store here can send out sale notifications as reminders, that would be great. Overall, their great treatment of us as customers with trust in a customer's intent to pay and purchase and being allowed to pay instead of giving false accusations, that would also fail to bring in money to the store, I know for sure that I will buy as much from Target stores as possible and recommend them to everyone all of the time, as long as they don't change!

I was in town for the weekend and asked my friend about a used bookstore in the area. He knew of…read moreone, so we set out. It was in a cute little house with ample parking which is always a good sign. When you walk in, it's like being in a book hoarder's house. Books everywhere. Shelves, racks, on the floor, racks on doors, there wasn't a space that wasn't utilized. Being a book lover who appreciates the awesomeness of used bookstores, this didn't deter me one bit. We each went to different sections of the store to explore. It had a pretty decent organization system for a tiny place. I was quickly able to find some mysteries I didn't realize I wanted before I got there. I looked in that section for an indication of the pricing situation, but didn't see anything. I went to the desk and waited while she assisted a few people in buying and selling. She gave me a dumb look when telling me most books are half of the price listed ok the book. Of course this is common sense and not very helpful. I continued to browse and just assuming each book was half of the price. I quickly found myself in the 25¢ section, which was very diverse in all things fiction. I brought my 5 books to the desk to pay and the employee quickly loosened up when she saw my selections. We had a pleasant little chat about a series we both enjoy. I didn't see a machine to run cards, so I asked if they accepted cards or only cash. She was very confused about my question, but turns out she just misheard me. All in all it was a great store as far as used bookstores go. They had a lot of genres, including children's books. The romance section was by far their biggest section which really shouldn't be a surprise. Ask about pricing policies, or don't. Just assume it's half of the publisher's price or 25¢ from the designated section. They have all kinds of author's bios (printed from wiki), lists of their body of work, and lists of upcoming books printed out and posted randomly. The idea is great but makes no sense, especially when the new books coming out are in 2008 leading me to believe its been hanging there since 2008 at least.
