After showing a receipt, my father was then told that they did not have the furniture my mother paid for 2.5 hrs earlier. After hearing about this my mother called inquiring about the furniture only to receive a rude response from the owner who proceeded to ask if she wanted to come and run the store herself or if she wanted her money back. This guy definitely sounds like the scum of the earth that needs to be born again and filled with the love of Jesus. I would also suggest for him to watch Barney, because he obviously missed that era of life called learning to "mind your manners". The customer service experience of the entire store needs improvement!
