When we first arrived both ladies were busy but I was told they would help us next. Well someone came in after us and Dee helped them before helping us and I let that go. Then another lady entered and she told her she would be right with her after we had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins. So I asked her who was going to be helping us because she had dismissed us and helped 2 people ahead of us after we had waited for over an hour. Needless to say I told her what she had done was extremely rude and distasteful and that we would take our business elsewhere. After I left I decided to call and ask to speak with a manager and of course Dee answered and claimed there wasn't one available and gave me a "customer service" number which ended up being a wrong number which she thought was cute. Needless to say I will be bypassing the manager and filing a corporate complaint.
