The sales person was friendly but not overly friendly ie......she didn't follow us around the store but was helpful with questions. I purchased a shirt for my husband for Father's Day and unfortunately it did not fit him. I called the store this afternoon and spoke with Riley who was extremely friendly on the phone. She got the return ready for me and told me to send it back and they will credit my credit card.....it was a very simple process despite me losing the receipt. Again, I think the store is very good and especially nice about returns. The clothing lines are very stylish and up to date.

My issue is that they do a "SCOOP" for $29.99 in which they made it sound so fabulous, but you basically get a scoop of junk from dollar store that probably didn't even cost them $5. (Not to mention they did live and clearly showed they were putting more stuff in others bags and pickin n choosing, very biased).I reached out to CS about my concerns and was told no refunds or returns, go figure. For a boutique to hand out trash to customers is ridiculous. There are many respectable online boutiques and VIBE is not one of them.
