I also told them that I didn't need the mattress for in Pittsburgh, but for Tampa rather! This was not a problem at all! The gentleman helping me quickly looked to see where their closest location to me was and what days they do deliveries! As for picking out my mattress, I knew nothing about a mattress other than: does it feel good? The man had me try out a few and see what I liked and what I didn't like till we narrowed it down to two! From there, he then had me lay on each for a good 5-10 minutes to really get a feel for it! He wanted me to like it, after all, I'd be spending a good 8 hours on it everyday! After finally deciding on which mattress to purchase, the buying process was easy! I was so impressed with the price of it as well. Happy to know that I wouldn't be going into debt! Next time I need to buy a new mattress, I will 10/10 be coming back!

The prices are great and their customer service is incredible. We purchased a queen mattress and box springs and a low-profile box spring for a twin bed. After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options. While they didn't have the exact bed my daughter wanted, they had a few good options. Shopping was quick, easy, and productive!! I called to ask about how to go about exchanging and the person on the phone was a little rude. If you have an exchange option, please don't be rude when it's requested. We went in to choose a new one and luckily Ray helped us out. He was so kind about the exchange, so patient as we tried other options, and so helpful with our questions. He had several options for us and also had pillow and frame recommendations. He let us know of any sales and that if the price drops within a year they'd match it. They were able to schedule delivery within 2 weeks. On delivery day, it was apparent that the bed did not fit the frame. It was returned to the factory and I waited for contact from someone about the next step. I finally called and was told that someone would come out and measure the frame. That happened almost 2 weeks later. I just received the mattress and box springs set today - 2 months after the original delivery date. The delivery guys were wonderful. I wasn't their fault for the delays. My advice is to be very specific out front about what you are ordering, especially if there is anything special that needs to be done.
