They have called us multiple times to tell us that our furniture will be here on a certain date and then they change it last minute. We have been told 3 different dates on when our furniture will be arriving. Do not use this company for your furniture needs if you're expecting getting your furniture anytime soon.

Omg I love this place!!! My bf and I have been shopping online for a couch for weeks. We couldn't…read moreget a couch for online knowing we wouldn't be able to sit in it and test it out so while we were on a drive we noticed a ton of CLEARANCE signs for a furniture store in town 'conlins' so we decided to stop in. We went in and they had lots of couches, nothing we loved. We found a couch that was "reasonably" priced at $3,000 probably one of the cheapest , nicest looking couches in the store and we still didn't like it! We decided we didn't love the couch and it was very expensive for what we were getting. We left and decided to go to Ashley's on the way home. We stopped in and met Megan! She helped us answered our questions on shipping time frames, financing, deposits, warranties, delivery etc. We went home to take measurements and texted her the next day about the couch we fell in love with! (she helped us, on her day off!!) came in the day after and was able to buy the couch all within 15 min. It was the easiest, stress free experience! They do price matching on the Ashley website as well. If you go in ask for Megan!! (Side note: my AirPods fell out in the store and she texted me and I was able to get them back!) Below is the pic of Megan's contact info and our amazing new couch!! Oh and I forgot to mention our dream couch ended being cheaper!!!

However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

It's really a shop for the guys and gals who brave working out in the elements. It's not exactly a store where you find something you saw out at a runway show during fashion week in NY! Needless to say I was bored and I needed to find something to wear to keep me warm. I came unprepared for the frigid cold of N Dakota. They do have an automotive section and a host of other things. It never hurts to drop in. You never know what you might find. I saw a sale table of coffee brewing machines, electric skillets etc for competitive prices with Wally World.

So I called in to get a refund and the guy said said no problem we can refund your money. Well, it's been 3 weeks now I haven't received my deposit back. Apparently this store is not a corporate store but a Franchise store. Their refund policy sucks. Once the so called company accountant needs to approve the refund, then the owners needs to sign off. So I have been waiting for a lousy $100 refund. It's a bad sign when you never see anyone in that store. Never again I will shop a Mattress Firm, Williston,ND
