We have been told 3 different dates on when our furniture will be arriving. We have arranged our schedules multiple times to be home when the furniture is arriving just to be told it was being delayed multiple times. We couldn't…read moreget a couch for online knowing we wouldn't be able to sit in it and test it out so while we were on a drive we noticed a ton of CLEARANCE signs for a furniture store in town 'conlins' so we decided to stop in. We went in and they had lots of couches, nothing we loved. We found a couch that was "reasonably" priced at $3,000 probably one of the cheapest , nicest looking couches in the store and we still didn't like it! We decided we didn't love the couch and it was very expensive for what we were getting. We left and decided to go to Ashley's on the way home. We stopped in and met Megan! She helped us answered our questions on shipping time frames, financing, deposits, warranties, delivery etc. We went home to take measurements and texted her the next day about the couch we fell in love with! (she helped us, on her day off!!) came in the day after and was able to buy the couch all within 15 min. It was the easiest, stress free experience! They do price matching on the Ashley website as well. If you go in ask for Megan!! (Side note: my AirPods fell out in the store and she texted me and I was able to get them back!) However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

So I called in to get a refund and the guy said said no problem we can refund your money. Well, it's been 3 weeks now I haven't received my deposit back. Apparently this store is not a corporate store but a Franchise store. Their refund policy sucks. Once the so called company accountant needs to approve the refund, then the owners needs to sign off.
