They assured us the second day that the caregiver was going to show up, and that everything was locked in. My wife had a medical procedure scheduled early in the morning so it was critical that they came through. Then we got the call that they once again were going to drop the ball on care, and that they had _no intention_ of even trying to find a backup for the day, or the owners coming through as promised. They talk about partnership of care - it's a pretty one sided partnership if they don't participate. Stay away if you are looking for peace of mind, quality dependable care, or honesty.
