In total, I think I have visited her approximately seven times. Recently, she had acquired a second therapy room for more business and the hiring of an assistant, by the name of Kate. Keep in mind, Kate is not certified in acupuncture, but assists Wendy in administrative duties; e.g., scheduling, straightening up, and overall cleanliness. The repore between these two is fantastic, definitely makes each visit just that more enjoyable. Parking is challenging and there is no handicap parking in the front. Her practice does share space with other businesses, but both rooms are on the main floor. I am extremely happy and impressed with Wendy's application of the art of acupuncture and cupping. She politely answered all my questions pertaining to the before mentioned therapies, to include Kate as well. Highly recommend with enthusiasm to anyone looking for a local acupuncturist in El Paso.

The testimonials are very good. We know that there are different treatments that are not always successful because we are all different. We will continue to recommend her because we know she is good at what she is doing and her heart is to help people be well. We even went to El Paso, Tx for acupuncture treatments after we saw Bridgett and the doctor was upfront with us because he couldn't help us either. He recommended us going to a neurologist, so this is our next step.

Bill and Marie have been in practice for over 20 years. Dr. Marie treated me for a sprained ankle that wouldn't heal and in about 4-6 weeks it was like new. That was over three years ago and I go back anytime I have another ailment -- from a cold or flu to something more serious like chronic joint pain. Dr. Marie really takes her time with me as a patient to be thorough. Very generous. If you've never been treated by a Doctor of Oriental or Traditional Chinese Medicine, you should expect that it will be different than western medicine. To treat and cure the underlying cause takes longer than to prescribe a pill to mask pain or to help one cope with a chronic ailment. Give it some time -- don't be inpatient! If you're not experiencing results in three months (for the most sever conditions), re-evaluate your treatment plan with the doctor. Flexible with appointment scheduling. Accepts insurance and cash.

Unfortunately, the front desk experience ruined everything. The receptionist, who spends her time browsing Pinterest on the company computer, was rude and unhelpful. She made it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, and that should have been my first red flag. She even canceled my appointment, blaming it on Tricare's new referral system. In reality, everything had already been submitted correctly, but their billing department mishandled it. To make things worse, she later called me accusing me of missing the very appointment that she herself had canceled. This was nothing but unnecessary chaos. It seems they want everything handed to them without doing their job, and patients end up paying the price. I feel bad for Miss Roth, but hiring someone like this at the front desk is a huge mistake. They don't work well with Tricare. Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Horrible. They…read morestarted off pretty good, but apparently knew injury laws better than I did. I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.
