My poor husband. YOU snore so bad go get 70 needles stuck in your body. A true test of his love for me; right. Crazy thing is the guy stuck them in so fast and accurate they didn't even leave a mark after they were in his body for 40 minutes. My husband didn't even realize they were in. He then did a sage smoke all over his body he said he felt cool then warm and super relaxed Only one hurt at the big toe. But the big difference it REALLY helped my husband snore a lot less intense. He still snores but not as loud or to where he suffocates. It has been 4 months now. And he has to repeat the treatment. But it is still not to the level that he was at before he went in for his first treatment. I can attest that I have gotten to sleep the whole night without being woken up. I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.

Dr Jimenez is very caring and professional and always willing to share his knowledge with me. His staff have always been great and I see that they make each patient feel special and welcome. Charged 2 1/2 more times than the actual copay. Sulema tried to charge the same amount the following month, and stated she had not had time to verify with the insurance to get correct copay within the last month. Very unprofessional! Had to explain several times that I was not going to pay more than the copay again. Sulema did not want to refund the excess monies. Three months later, I still had to ask for my refund and had a hard time to get the money owed. Patricia Torres tells staff the day of the appointment that labs need to be completed, before seeing me, instead of notifying me the day the appointment was made. Patrica did not keep the following appointment made. The next appointment was made a week later for 10:15 am and at 10:45 office staff calls that Patricia is running late. I called the office again at 1:30, and at 3pm. Finally at 3:30 the office staff answered and stated there was an emergency and they were trying to take care of it. I was told Patty would return my call. I wanted to know about my appointment. The next morning there was still no return call. I called several times and left messages. Finally the office staff answered the phone at 10am and stated their office is busy with patients. I'm also a patient and wanted to know about my appointment. At no time did Patty try to return my call, or call back in general. Patty did not like that I had told them about having no communication skills the week prior. I have never experienced any medical office acting like this especially a Mental Health office. I showed up to the office to finally get the refund owed. There was one other person in the lobby. HIPPA violations were violated. Office staff was speaking about a patient, the issues with the patient and what was going to be told to the patient. I was astonished! I did not know the patient and I know that patient didn't know the staff was talking about them in the front office. The staff was screening the calls and I now knew exactly what was being done to me as well. I feel so bad that I have actually referred friends to come here, including my son. I would never come back or refer ANYONE AGAIN. This team of co owners need to reevaluate their office and patient skills, HIPPA rules, and communication! This place is a DISGRACE to the MENTAL HEALTH COMMUNITY!
