Dr. Grayless, I must say I have to give this man some amazing props. I've been having some trouble…read morewith my mom's foot and while hospitals were trying to say she was diabetic and give her insulin, we later learned she wasn't even close to being diabetic and her foot problem wasn't resolved. In short, she had an issue with what seemed like a bone had moved and not only made the foot swollen but also stuck out like a bump on the side. We couldn't figure it out and research and doctors (even a foot doctor, that wanted to order expensive tests before coming up with anything) all told us something different. It was recommended to me that we should go see a chiropractor for her foot, but we weren't really sure who to see. A colleague of mine recommended Dr. Grayless because he's known him for a while and loves his work. We decided to do it just to see if it could be a solution. Upon arriving he was there to immediately greet us and start doing the usual filling out all the forms, explaining things, and of course answering any questions we had. He was honest with us and told us that he doesn't work with the foot as much but that he would definitely check it out. As soon as we got to the exam room and my mom showed him her feet, immediately he noticed that my mother's arches had fallen and that was the main reason she was having problems with her feet. He worked on her feet, her spine and several other areas he realized needed work. Let's just say we were shocked because he gave us a clear and straight answer and his recommendations and his work already started having an improvement on my mother's foot. I would definitely recommend him, and I know I will be going back to have some work done for my back because man did watching him work not only look amazing but had my back asking why we weren't doing that also.

I didn't know where to start but I trusted YELP reviews to FHS Chiro. My first visit with Dr. J was great, he didn't try to make me do x-rays and try to see me 3-5 times a week, sell me supplements, homeopathic oils, etc etc. He accessed me and based off his knowledge, experience, and education he was able to see what was going on with me and get a plan in place. I was seeing him every other week, down to every 3rd week. I never felt that he was taking advantage of my claim, like A LOT of chiropractors do. My appointment was never an in and out 10 minutes. It was always a genuine how are you, let's talk, let's go over movements, things I can do day to day to improve myself and make changes to have lasting effects. He is not your stereotypical chiropractor, I would describe his techniques as modern: chiropractor/physical therapist/massage therapist in one. Functional health at its best. I have learned soo much from Dr. J about my body and how small changes can have lasting effects. I've improved thanks to him.
